Servify — fake company alert

Acknowledgement number 3iagi362mw dated january 7, 2020. My phone is very much under warranty until august 11, 2021. My op6 was purchased directly from oneplus india online along with 2 years extended warranty as 1 year's manufacturer warranty. Apparently their extended warranties are passed on to servify through oneplus only. January 7, 2020 i was on the call and suddenly the call got disconnected and i was shocked to discover a dead phone. Tried to put it on charging, the charging light was on. Although the charging was already about 70% while i was on the call. I tried to restart using the side buttons, but couldn't see anything. I simply felt that maybe the phone is shutting down and switched on. But i wasn't sure. Since it was under warranty, i immediately called servify and they picked up the phone. It was than handedover to oneplus service center at pvr anupam, saket, delhi. Apparently end of the same day, i received a call from oneplus stating that there's an internal damage on your screen and it will cost you inr 8200. Oneplus was informed that the phone is under warranty and they should connect through servify. Same thing was conveyed to servify over call and email on january 7, 2020. Now my phone is ready since january 8, 2020. I have been regularly following up with the call center for my phone. Apparently the executives kept saying that your phone is under warranty and hence no additional cost for you. Now at the time of dispatch, they have jumped on a clause of either you pay inr 8200 or you take the phone back without repairs. I have been struggling hard even writing to the founder's office directly. But they are just a bunch of nuisance unprofessional and unethical executives. All i know that my phone did not have any accidental damage nor liquid damage so i am not liable to pay them a single penny. It is just that my data is unsafe and i am having lots of issues without my smartphone. I am tired of wasting my time, energies, resources, physical and mental health. But servify is a sleeping dead company whose job is to force customers to pay money for spare parts without any valid reasons. They fail to understand that it is our own hard earned money and life is dependent on smartphones and we will not cause any damages to our own phones. More than their business, they have nothing to do with us. Happy to boycott servify and oneplus both completely. Wake up india wake up
