I have buy the insurance with servify along with phone from amazon and they are saying your insurance is not activate even i activated the insurance through servify, they are just fooling people and amazon is the platform to fool. Even they pickup my phone and asking for money i dint know about that much of complaints of servify unless i wont buy insurance from them

oneplus 3 service long delay

I gave my phone for repair & pickup was very quick. The support people from servify misleaded me for 4 days saying that i will receive a payment link from their backend team.
When not getting any update, i talked to their senior support executive, she said that i will have to contact to service center & "servify just manages the logistics part" and pay the amount directly which processed my request. Status showed "phone repaired".
Even after getting the repaired status, servify didn't managed the "logistics" and even after 2 days of my phone being repaired, i have no update from them. Now when i called them they told me its fedex issue which didn't picked up the phone and now they all are on leave for next 4 days (Dusherra etc). Wasted like whole 8-9 days.
I hope i get my phone back somehow.
Do not use servify, just go to service center manually!

screen damage

I have my one plus 3 damaged within a year due to accident
The screen is currently broken and through servify app i sent it for repair
I have repeatedly made calls to servify call centre asking me why they are charging me 8555 for screen damage when the device is under warranty
They say i have not registered in app within one month of purchase
I have checked amazon site and checked product details as well as terms and condition and no where they have mentioned to register in servify app in one month
Though its servify company mistake of not creating awarness today i have to pay for the damage. Really unprofessional

oneplus protect by servify for oneplus 5 64gb damage protection plan 12 months

I need a help with my service request. My claim for a repair of my oneplus5 mobile phone as per the service reference id pus4659 has been rejected twice by the servify team for no good reasons. It has been said that the claim is rejected due to following two reasons:
01). Poor care and storage: if we go by this reason, then every accidental damage to a phone is a result of poor handling. Then why is even servify existing in the market if they cannot take care of such accidental damages to the phone.in my case, my oneplus5 mobile phone slipped out of my hands while getting out of the cab on the night of 30th july at around 11pm. The phone was in my other hand while i pushed the car door with my other hand. On hitting the ground the screen on the top left corner cracked and it is purely accidental. How can it be a result of poor care? I was not tossing the phone nor it was mishandled by some kid. It just slipped from my hands by accident.
I told the exact same thing to your ms sonia of servify over phone on 02.08.2017 at around 12.45pm. After a few minutes i came to know through servify app that she has rejected my claim due to poor care and storage. My phone was in my hand because i had to check the cab bill on my phone's app and pay to the driver.
It is purely accidental damage.
02). Slippage is not covered under warranty: please find attached herewith the screenshot of the details and features about about the "oneplus protect by servify for oneplus 5 64 gb damage protection plan 12 months"as listed on https://oneplusstore.in. it clearly states that it covers the warranty if the phone falls on the ground and what other way is there for a phone to fall on the ground, if not slippage from hands.
And servify has rejected my claim for the same reason. My phone slipped from my hand and fell on the ground and the screen cracked on the top left corner (As stated earlier). I am wondering, if servify has knowledge about their own products and its details or not. Or they are just trying to fool people.
I request you to please look upon this issue seriously and help me in getting a repair of my screen at the earliest against the accidental damage plan that i had purchased.

Hello dear sir my phone is broken display and some other issue i am already complete my phone is under warranty and full insurance.
I am complete on 16/07/2017 in morning but till now. And not any person contact me i am again compant yesterday and today but again no body contact me plz tell me. What my mistake?
