Set Top Box — D2h set top box which is not working since past two day it's by videocon | |||||
Videocon call center members are just ignoring the problem that my set top box is not working since 7/9/16 and there is no response by the company side for its customers facing problem. Unsatisfied service provided by the customers service agents and by there group leaders too. They r cutting the charges for the days not used. They service center is unable to satisfy his customers. it got repaired after 4 months. So my cable operator sent them that box. But that is not yet come. WHEN WILL YOU SEND IT BACK?
Actually how many days they need to repair it?
Otherwise Replace it with new ONE.
