Set Top Box — dish tv customer care people and local distributor cheat the customer

My set up box having vc no. [protected] was change by your local distributor but i want recording facility in that box but the local distributor change with normal one and charge me rs. 800/- for that. And told me they will change the same with recording facility with free of cost. Because i already paid rs.800/- for the same. Regarding this i was complain this to dish tv customer care several times but they give me false commitment that the problem. After 1 and half months the local distributor call me and tell me that your setup box with recording facility is available now but i have to purchase extra remote one thing more dish tv will give me repair setup box in state of new one. Because i already paid rs.800/- for new box.in this way how dish tv customer care people and local distributor cheat the customer. So it my request to dish tv please stop cheating the customer.
