SETC — Amount debited but ticket not booked through SETC mobile app

Have booked ticket yesterday(5th April) from Bangalore to Kovilpatti for 8th April. Amount of Rs. 910 debited from my bank account, but the ticket was not booked. Ref. OB No : OB16625241
