[Resolved]  SETC — Amount debited but ticket not confirmed

Hello Team,

I have booked ticket from dindigul to chennai. (Pickup point dindigul) on journey date 12/10/2022, Bus timing 20:05. For my booking I didn't get any confirmation message from SETC, Amount debited and I didn't cancel my ticket.

At the time of journey time I came to dindigul office and they said the ticket was not confirmed in Vishnu Vijaya Kumar's name. But they didn't allow to board the bus without PNR number. But Actually I didn't get any message from SETC. Here I have ID proof, mobile number for

confirmation. And there is no confirmation for amount return.

Here for that system fault, not able to board the bus even I paid for my seat. Kindly atleast give the refund amount for that issue.
