Yesterday[protected] i happened to travel to Chennai from mayiladuthurai, The bus has to be reached the Bus stand by 11.00 PM. But it reached by 11.40 PM. There were no communication was conveyed by the corporation, Even Conductor number also not shared via SMS, even office staff in bus stop also not knowing the status. this is the worst ever thing i have faced in my life. Along with me there were 26 passengers suffered due to this delay. Kindly take strict action against the corporation.

I have booked a SETC bus from Puducherry to Chennai on 17-Dec-2023 at 07.30PM PNR: Y50333489. But the bus came is normal 3+2 seater. I paid the ticket for 2+2 semi sleeper bus but the bus came is 3+2. I asked this about the bus driver and conductor. They said that we don't know anything we are asked to take this bus. I thought it was due to some problem instead of SETC, normal bus came. My ticket amount which charged additionally for SETC apart from normal ticket fare is not refunded. We paid for semi sleeper but we travelled in normal 3+2 seater bus.

Again the same incident happened on 07-Jan-2022 at 07.30PM PNR: Y51075654. Then also the same normal 3+2 seater bus came. I asked the conductor they are saying the same that we don't know anything. This same incident happened for the second time. That we are booking for semi sleeper but we are forced to travel in normal 3+2 seater. I can see this as SCAM happened in SETC. We are not refunded the remaining amount apart from the normal bus fare.

I need the refund for both of my travel. And also I want to notify that this new scam is happening now in SETC.
I have all the proofs regarding my travel.

Chennai -pondicherry buses from tamilnadu transportaion is not stoppping in kalpakkam. They are not considering about women sqfety.kalpakkam means dont get int9 the bus.

I tried to book, ticket on SETC and i got my cash deducted and i dint get the tickets.

In setc Tn01an3385 driver and conductor both arguying while onboarding into bus as it's their own property and there are many seat availability but they need for someone so I can't sit in that seat while I was seated and harse words spoken by them at early morning 3.18 am and I was forced to get down from bus I need strict action to be taken on both of them

I tried to book seat in setc, trichy to chennai bus, ticket was not booked but money got debited from my account

I have paid Rs.675/- on 13/02/2023 for booking SETC bus from Tirunelveli to Chennai through Gpay. UPI transaction ID[protected]. Immediately I went to the ticket counter at Tirunelveli and orally tell the grivances. if the ticket is not generated, automatically it will be refunded into my account. But so far the money not refunded

SETC may be the worst government service provided if we compare with the other state government. Booking amt paid bit no tickets isuued. Also bus came after an hour from schedueled timing, and after an big argument with conductor i took one more ticket.

No contact nos. Working for araising a complaint.. Worst service.. Worst buses they have... Thhhhuuuuu

I tried to book 2 tickets from chennai koyambedu to Sivaganga for 20.00pm bus on Dec 17th 2022. During the transaction process, the amount of 1015 rupees was debited from account. But in the portal, it shows transaction was failed. The ticket was not confirmed and the debited amount was not refunded. So please help me for refund.

In koyambadu bustand Bangalore setc bus conductor he only allowing Bangalore passengers thay are not allowing other place people like vellore, Krishnagiri, Hosur people are not allowing in bus at the last time off bus stating at the time only thay allowing others place passengers
*eg : few hrs back Iam in Koyambedu bustand the sect bus conductor says thare is no seats it’s all reserved but thay allowing bangalore passengers only*
