SETC — Amount paid but I have not received tickets

I booked two tickets from BANGLORE to PUDUCHERRY for the date 23/02/2023, amount got debited but i haven't received ticket for mail Or contact, please do confirm and send the tickets for below mentioned mail or contact or cancel refund.
