SETC — Bus cancelled-refund of amount

Dear sir,
I booked ticket Chennai CMBT to Manamelkudi on 9th jan 2018.my travel date is 12jan 2018.i faced problems in ticket booking..my amount is taken twice but ticket is not booked...3rd time only I booked the ticket...so please refund my amount 714...

I have booked ticket on 06/12/17 for the journey date 17/01/18 . And cancelled it for some unavoidable reason on 22/12/18 but money is not yet refunded
