We have booked extra seat for luggage but the conductor and officer are notallowing it. 5.30pm bus from coimbatore to chennai setc bus. Even we are not able to cancel the ticket since i booked in online busindi.com. So we dont get refund even if we cancel also. What is the money value for customers? Iys really very bad.
