SETC — Reg - Amount debited but ticket not booked

I have booked ticket from chennai to Salem. (Pickup point Alandur) on journey date 30/09/2022, Bus timing 22:45 (Koyambedu time). For my booking I didn't get any confirmation message from SETC, ticket was not booked and amount debited from my account.

But Actually I didn't get any message from SETC.
