Seven Seas Airport & Seaport Management Complaints & Reviews

My name is Emmanual James. Last year, I was selected for a ship's job by Seven Seas Airport & Seaport Management Services India Pvt Ltd, based in Chembur. I paid Rs. 26, 000 and was asked to wait for three month. However, its been a year now, and they are still promising that by next month end, my name will appear on their list. As it was hard earned money i wish to pursue this matter further and want to alert all aspiring individuals to be careful and dont become a victim of such crooks.

This id himanshu parekh i have joined this company on 10 th June 2013, I am working over there as a Fitter, I am not getting proper food facilities even they are deducting my food allowances from my salary.which is not good bcoz at the time of interview they told they will provide me food free but now they are deductingfrom my salary.

During the Interveiw they told me to pay Rs.7000 for Medical Test in Ashirwad Diagnostic Center, Navi Mumbai, which included Urine test, ECG & Blood test.They said to me that the next process which included Training, CDC making will be free as i come under caste.After 3 days they called me to collect the reports, and told me to pay Rs.17000 more within 4days.When i told them that, i was told that i will not have to pay anymore money, they said that it was a common fees which has to be paid.Later i called them for an explanation for this fraud, there they said that i was already told about this process and there was nothing new in it, further when i stayed on the truth, one of the female senior employee even abused me & disconnected the call.After half hour of calling again & again in the office they told me that my file has been cancelled.Moreover these Fraud people even the policy of No Refund.I mean first they give ad in newspapers so that people could get a job in shipping industry, take money from them promising that will give them a job in this price and the rest process is free, but later when u pay the money they demand for more.

hello this is amrit pal got selected for cruise ship as ordinary seamen in seven seas, but at the time of joining they made to work in cargo vessel, i dont have any problem working in cargo vessel. But they should stay on their words and commitment. For compensation they raised my salary by 5000/-.
Please next time don't do this.

mahesh yadav recurited by seven seas company for the post of waiter in cruise ship as company told all facilty will be good services given by company also getting awsm but my contract duration was 6 month working 1 month leave as i completed 6 month almost last month but i am not getting leave they saying u suppose to complete 11 month i am not feeling good.i need a leave as they told wants to meet my family soon.

i am working as a hardware and networking executive in the cruise at the time of joining i signed a wrong document so now for 6 months my accomodation charges will be deduted from my salary, i am trying to get in touch with the captain but cant

was too excitedd to be a part of rig as a rigger i applied seven seas company as a fresher and done a stcw training seen add on newspaper decided to go for interview in chembur paid 200 registration non refundable thn i got selected as rigger post on rig i paid 26, 068 they told me after 90 to 100working days my work will be done i think it will take 3 month then comes to know that i have to wait 6 month than after 6 month i got a letter at my home i signed contract but now as working on rig comes to know the life of rig people to hectic continously have to work 12 hours sometime more than 12 hours from last weak i am working whole night whole day only getting 2 hours rest my request to marine department and also sevenseas office concern with the matter we human being not a machine.

i applied for a shipping job in seven seas in chjembur cleared the interview and did my medical and also paid the CDC amount they said the process will take 90-100 working days but it has passed 10 days ago and i got my CDC now, my joining is now on 25th june it is delayed by few days but i hope further things will get done on time

Dhanraj here recurited by sevenseas company in cargo vessel as post of able seaman i am facing problem wid hvng meals i hardly get time to eat properly my captain is so rude so i dnt feel lyk i am havng proper meal i hope my sailing gets finished early.

Working as a steward in a cruise.got this opportunity through Seven seas in Mumbai its been 4 months to eork and i am missing my kids alot, i asked for leave but they are not sanctioning the leave, saying to complete the whole 6 months sailing, i dont know what to do

i wanted to work in shipping line...i was trying since last 3 years.later i applied in seven seas chembur and got an oppurtunity to work on cruise...but this job is not at all suitable for me...i have developed yellow fever by working in oceans...my leave is sanctioned on 22nd of june now...survivng in this job is a tough task

hello i am venkatesh i applied for a job in shiiping line as a steward i applied in seven seas and also got selected in the interview did my medical and paid for the cdc rs26068 they said me to wait for 100 working days.i am waiting since march still my training date has not come.they gave a date of 7th july i hope i will be in training on that particular day

arpesh kumar here my friend got injured in ship got hurted now he is in hospital no doubt company giving him good facility in hospital but he wants to meet his family so here my request to seven seas on behalf of my friend that plsss allow him to meet his family.

Getting a job in shipping line was dream for me which i got through seven seas in mumbai i was interviewed by them and followed their procedures after selction, i got selected as steward, but my restaurant supervisor is so rude and do not behave in good manner.I am working for long hours i hope after 6 months i will be i will be sailing with another ship.

i was interviewed at seven seas for a shipping job...i did my medical and paid the CDC amnt of 26068...i was asked top sail for 6months...was missing my kids, wantd to go home...but my leave was not sanctioned...i am going through tough time missing family...

main chandra shekar kumar jab mera interview seven seas company ne liya at the time of interview kaha gaya tha ki if i need emergency leave toh mujhe milegi par aaj mere ghar main kuch property issue ho gaye mera ghar jana bahot jaruri hai par mujhe captain emergency leave issue nai kar rahe yeh bhi nahi ki hamara ship sailing main hamara ship port pe hai then also.

I aplliked in seven seas chembur or a job in cruise ship...Followed their procedures and got posted in a cruise...I am working as steward...But i am facing problems in having meals...Because i am vegeterian and i am not getting enough options with veg cuisines...

arheee port main 1 weak se ship laga hua hai pak gaye hai city main bhi ja nai sakte kyunki city itna durr hai port kam se kam 1 din lage ga and captain allow he nai kar raha ki hum jayen apne personal use ke kuch buy karna hai par permission he nai mil rahi...yarrrr plssss yeh hamare captain ko koi samjaho plssssss

i am continously working for 16 hours which is making my day worst day by day i am not getting enough time for myself my supervisor is not kind hearted belongs to phillipines although i am getting good salary but susutaining these long working hours is a very tough job thats y i uploading this comment if any of the member of sevenseas going to view this just concern with this matter.

we able seaman sailing in indian costal areas cargo vessel uploading this comment in consumer compliants that from 2 days electricity nai aa rahi koi A/c bhi sare bandh hai garmi se bura hal ho gya aur khana bhi time pe nahi mil raha yeh hamari request hai sevenseas company ko jinhonhe hume recuirt kiya plsss its request put view on this matter aur jaldi ship light ane ka koi prabhandh karaya jaye.
