I had ordered a dress from this online store located in mumbai in the month of september. The dress was for my engagement. The dress came 2 days before my engagement and they sent the wrong sizes to me. And i was left with no option to wear at my engagement. They asked me to return the dress, i returned it but it caused my defamation because being the bride, i was not having a dress at my engagement, inspite of so many times telling them my exact measurements. Later they issued a credit note for 9, 999 after deducting some charges. Now i ordered a dress for my wedding reception, since they already had my 10, 000 rupees. I chose a gown and i customized it a little. They told me the fabric that was shown on the website was not available, so i agreed that they'll send me a very much similar piece. They charged 3, 000 extra for some extra fabric on the skirt of the gown, for which i paid.in total i added 8, 000 rupees to the dress. So the dress now costed me 18, 000 rupees. It is not a small amount i believe. Being a middle class working girl, it was my hard earned money. The same dress is received today. There is no fabric on the skirt for which they charged me extra money and the dress quality is so cheap that such dress comes for 2, 000 rupees in delhi. Moreover, i had thrice told them my measurements, even after that they have deceived me by sending this piece, which again does not fit me at all. I had requested several times to their designer to please make the dress accordingly. They have cheated me the second time. Now i don't want this dress anymore as they have cheated on the quality, measurements and the specifications of the dress. Please help me sir/mam.
