They have taken money in advance 5k nd now sended wrong product after 3 months by following up and the stafff is now telling nothing can be done with the wrong product u have to keep. Now they do not respond and say no resolution can be done this was their last statement on whaysapp they committed as per to send me the right product but then refuse to do so. Need to have a strict action so they stop fooling people unnecessarily.i waited for their response but at the end they replied me this screenshot attached.
