I have had one of the worst experiences with sewberry and when I tried posting on their instagram account they have blocked me. They have my returned product and have not refunded nor let me make an exchange purchase worth 5500 since 2020 jan. I have tried to email, call, text them but to no avail....

I bought a dress from Sewbery for ₹5299 but they delivered a cheap and badly stitched dress. The dress they displayed on the site is very different from what they delivered. They refuse to refund my money. Their customer service is also horrible. Please help...

I had ordered a dress from this online store located in mumbai in the month of september. The dress was for my engagement. The dress came 2 days before my engagement and they sent the wrong sizes to me. And i was left with no option to wear at my engagement. They asked me to return the dress, i returned it but it caused my defamation because being the bride, i was not having a dress at my engagement, inspite of so many times telling them...

They have taken money in advance 5k nd now sended wrong product after 3 months by following up and the stafff is now telling nothing can be done with the wrong product u have to keep. Now they do not respond and say no resolution can be done this was their last statement on whaysapp they committed as per to send me the right product but then refuse to do so. I had ordered a customised dress worth rs. 7000. They delivered but there was some fitting issue so it was reverse picked up. Its been a month now, but i still haven’t received the order back. They have stopped replying to my mails and calls. They remove all the bad reviews or complaints on their instagram page. They then blocked me on instagram so that i cannot post my grievance on their page.

I had ordered for outfit from sewbery official website on 26th of november 2018 with online payment of rs 5352.. I had got confirmatory email from their official email address confirming my order with delivery in 15 days but after 25 days as there was no sign of parcel i tried to mail them twice with multiple attempts to contact them on live chats, calling them on support number with no response from their end. Please stay away from this...

I ordered a Lehenga from sewbery, Mumbai on August 8. After I made the payment, I got the order conformation and never received any update after that. I couldn't even contact them as there was no phone number nor replied to the mail regarding the shipment. I gave a bad review as I tried really hard to contact them. They have taken 13k for the dress & haven’t delivered d product...they r total frauds...they don’t respond to any of the queries & they have not got any reachable phone number

After writing review abt them on google they Have responded to d review n threatening that they won’t be delivering the product as we have given negative review to them...

Plz be aware of this fraudulent company & never invest ur...

A mumbai based company sewbery took 10000 rs advance as dress payment.. They haven’t delivered it yet and now they are unresponsive to calls.. I want my refund.. I m attaching my payment notification and companies address.. They are highly unprofessional.. They have cheated people in past as well.. Pls help me so that henceforth people don’t fall into their prey...
