[Resolved] SG Estates — Illegal construction

It is to inform you that there is an illegal construction happened Just below my unit that totally distroy my view from my balcony.
Complain about it to the maintenance mail id and to office incharge Mr Santosh Pandey but he says he can't help it.
I am writing this before taking legal action against it.
Do the needful immediately.

Dear Sir,
we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. However please note that the issue raised by you pertains to the individual flat owner and not directly to the company. However we have informed the Facility Management company to look into it.

Who will look into it because I can only complain to the maintenance that is Sunrise realcon Pvt Ltd but his representative Mr panday is not responding sincerely on it.
I have complained about it in GDA also if needed I will go to other legal channel also so please do the needful as soon as possible at your end.
