Shaha Finlease — Fake and False information in CIBIL Report

This is to bring to your notice that I had not taken any credit card from SHAHA financials. Anonymously they have updated in my CIBIl Report.But in my CIBIL report one credit card showing vide credit card number is [protected]. and status mentioned written off. hence the same may please be rectified at the earliest.

Please request you to enquire and help in removing this from my CIBIL score.

Entry: Credit Card Account -Not disclosed

I had a SCB credit card in 2002 and the account was closed by them. I had a receipt of full and final settlement from the SCB dated 16/09/2003. It was completely closed. The same is also reported by them to CIBIL showing following status.

Status :Closed
Account created on May 2002.
Account closed on Sept 2009.
Updated by Bureau on January 2015.

Then why this misinformation and erroneous data used by SHAHA credit card. It seems to be a case of identity theft or misinformation. This entry is negatively impacting my credit score and financial standing, and I request its immediate removal from my credit report. I have also filed a complaint at D N Nagar Police station to get their help in this regard. It feels harassing and creating a mental stress to me and my family.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter promptly and take necessary actions to rectify the error.
