Shaha Finlease — MY Loan close but not updated in CIBIL

My credit card with SCB Account no. [protected] was settled, paid on 28/11/2013 and account closed on 03/12/2013 with Shaha team they have not yet updated with CIBIL. I also cross checked with SCB nothing is pending from my side. CIBI report shows closed status but still made it active.
