Like others on this forum i've also been fooled by duplicate set of watches while claimed to be original fastrack watches, advertisement was posted on instagram mobile app. There is no way to ask for refund on the website - http://www.mywatchcart.com and as the courier guys don't let us open the parcel to check the product unless we pay the money and they do not take the product return once the parcel is opened. Besides they don't even have the return address/contact number of the sender. I can see there are many complaints logged on this forum but none of them have been addressed or act upon, i'm sure mine wouldn't be the special case but still i'm raising it.
