I had complained about an open manhole which was uncovered in my house and i have been chasing it for past 2-3 years. But there was no response from either omaxe or its sister concern shanvi. Both are puting blame on each other. So when there was no action taken from then, i warned them that i will stop paying the maintenance it the manhole is not covered, still there was no response. So i stopped paying the maintenance from feb 2017 but kept reminding them that my intention is not to hold payment but to get the work done.
After chasing the matter for 6-7 months when i got frustrated and spoke to mr. Awasthi, he was very rude and said we are not asking you to pay maintenance and we will take your happiness away.

I complained about him and his attitude to ho in delhi, but still never got any reply from them. Only person who picked up my phone and tried to help me was the supervisor. After numerous follow-up with him finally the manhole was covered in nov 2017.

I thought finally once the work is done let me clear my maintenance dues, only to know there was another ordeal awaiting me.

When i asked for the pending maintenance invoice, i was send a bill of 73000/- with arrears of rs.60000/-because they had done some mistake in entering the data in their software, so they want me to pay arrears of rs.60000/- starting from 2009.

This is totally absurd and illogical, why should i pay for some mistake they have done. I have been clearing all the bills as send by them from the day i got possession of the house, for which i have all the receipts too.

I had sent several mails regarding waiver of arrears so that i can make the payment, still no response from their end to any of my mails.

Being a law biding citizen when i did not get any response to any of my mails, i calculated the pending maintenance bill from feb 2017 - dec 2017 and transferred an amount of rs.14637/- on 2 dec to the account which was given to me and where i have been transferring the maintenance bills since 2009.

I didn't knew then i was in for another shock. Again after several reminders for receipt for the amount transferred finally i got a mail yesterday from ms. Sonal stating the amount has been transferred to wrong account and i have an outstanding of rs. 74059/-

I am horrified right now and do not what to do. How unsympathetic and unreasonable can people be. This company is really hopeless and the staff is inhumane.

If this matter is not settled at earliest, i will have to seek legal help.

Worst services provided. No response to clients queries. Very rude and misbehaved employees. Do not listen to clients and forget about the service provided. Staff does not have any decency to talk or reply. No one replies or tries to solve customers problems. They are only interested in fleecing money from clients for no services provided.

Kindly help me in getting contact details of any senior person in Shanvi Estate Management, the numbers I have no one picks up that phone nor any one bothers to reply to my emails.
