I am owner of 360 GF City Homes Omaxe North Avenue. Currently my parents are living in the flat. For last few month them complaining falling sick and having various health problem. I went to visit them in december and i found that the drinking water supply by Omaxe in CIty homes is even worse than a hand pump water.
I have ordered a water test through a private company and just few of the things to highlight here is:
Total Dissolved Solids mg /l is 3570

Just imagine this need to be 500 and here it is 7 times more than required value. Not just this but even other parameter are worse.

To many days huge power cut from saanvi enterprises so plse help for this query my family and other families are facing to many problems

There is a huge power cut from past 1 month, in the month of june the barely give electricity 1 to 2 hr a day, (BPL, society) peoples are come from the work but there is no electricity in the home, children are hue & cry at the night, students does not do studies
Please resolved the problem this is summer time

I hereby submit that I have been allotted plot no OC-1459 in C-Block of omaxe city Sonipat since July 2015.
During this time I have timely paid the dues and IFMS is submitted towards you. But I am very sorry to say that no service is being provided in name of maintenance.
Trees planted by me at there have been destroyed and at this time the situation is that I am unable to identify the location of my plot. No marking is available. Big grass has developed on connected roads.
Now the situation is that its horrible to visit the plot site.
Kindly take action in this regard and do the needful.

I am living in EWS building of Omaxe city sec 15 bahadurgarh haryana - 124507 in flat no. 104 first floor. I am residing in Omaxe nearly two years but from last 2 months we are facing disconnected water supply to our building whose maintenance look after by Shanvi estate management services pvt ltd. Nobody is coming forward to resume the water supply and in this pandemic all the people residing in building facing lot of difficulties due to absence of water.
Also staff is asking us to take new connection of water line by ourselves.

Request you to look into this matter and help us to get water supply resume shortly

I am residing 421-B, Block Omaxe city, sonepat. Since residence no services are provided by the maintenance co. I have given the compliant many times as verbal in the presence of Manager of the city, but nothing has been so far. However, I pay maintenance charges in time. No maintenance pending against me.
Kindly resolve the above problems such as Road light, Sewer ling blockage, Rain water drainage blockage etc.

My name is not updated nor my mail id for my villa 143 a block omaxe sonipat for which i'm following up with sourav [protected] and he had lost my documents twice and behaves rudely and rough doesn't even have sense to talk. You need to sack these kind of employees plz call back to share issue in detail. As i am following up with him since sep 2018 and he has lost my documents every time.

I am a resident of the city homes omaxe city sector -15 bahadurgarh. Since starting (For almost three years), i have been facing poor maintenance service. The sewerage system is not good and road maintenance is very poor. Cleaning is below average.

These are all services provided by shanvi estate management. I usually get complaints from employees that they are not paying their salary on time and salary is not as per minimum wages act which is a big hurdle in getting quality service in spite of paying cam charges.

Please do the needful. So that the resident problem can be solved.

no guard, no street light, no cleanliness.
i talked to company employees but no action is taken.
FOR LAST TWO MONTHS I AM VISITING REGULARLY TO THE OFFICE SITUATED IN OMAXE BAHADURARH JHAJJAR ROAD BUT OF NO USE.
The person sitting there is not helping.

I took the position of my flat 3 years ago in the omaxe panorama city society. But after 3 years its condition has become such that it will not know when it will fall. The problem of seepage is increasing in the balcony and in the kitchen every day, which is not possible. There is a similar situation outside the bathroom. So please take necessary action

Some days back i made request to check my ifms amount status and came to know that rs.6741 has been deducted from it. I am regular payee of monthly maintenance since starting so i want to know why my amount is deducted without informing me.
I have sent mail on 06-07-19 to '[protected]@shanviestate.com' about it but yet no reply so i request to revert all amount immediately.

2ndly right now services are worst in terms of all aspects even after paying rs2950 / month. What is your action plan to improve it?

I am resident of omaxe panorama city phase1 (City home) and today morning i found that all main gate was open and no security guard was there.

I personally checked at main gate of villa and found presence of some security guards there so i discussed the matter with them and came to know that security guards are on strike and not on duty right now.

It’s strange to me that how shanvi management is taking care o[censored]s even after paying maintenance charges rs2950/ month.

Other facilities also in worst condition right now

I need immediate intervene of shanvi management to make smooth operation and share cause of concern to all residents

I purchased flat no 361 second floor in city home omaxe bahadurgarh & shifted in oct'17.

I am regularly facing water problem. From last week it is too much problem
Only finishing just our bathing of 3 person thereafter no water & not looking why only i am facing this problem in the society i have severally told to site manager here see the problem & resolve it but he is when water will supplied it will fill while i severally told why you not seeing water not going in my tank
Why we buy costly flat when our basic needs not fulfil.

I would like to inform you that i have taken flat 4 years ago & shifted just before diwali say in oct'16. We are regularly facing problem of water is not filling in tanki. Problem comes 2 or 3 times in week. While this is winter & also 1st floor vacant & ground floor only 2 persons are living. We have severally told to your office & also head mr manoj but problem remain as it is. We have spent so much amount too leave tention free but water is necessity how we can leave??

Also repairing need back side wall plaster.

Kindly look & solve my problem at earliest.

I had complained about an open manhole which was uncovered in my house and i have been chasing it for past 2-3 years. But there was no response from either omaxe or its sister concern shanvi. Both are puting blame on each other. So when there was no action taken from then, i warned them that i will stop paying the maintenance it the manhole is not covered, still there was no response. So i stopped paying the maintenance from feb 2017 but kept reminding them that my intention is not to hold payment but to get the work done.
After chasing the matter for 6-7 months when i got frustrated and spoke to mr. Awasthi, he was very rude and said we are not asking you to pay maintenance and we will take your happiness away.

I complained about him and his attitude to ho in delhi, but still never got any reply from them. Only person who picked up my phone and tried to help me was the supervisor. After numerous follow-up with him finally the manhole was covered in nov 2017.

I thought finally once the work is done let me clear my maintenance dues, only to know there was another ordeal awaiting me.

When i asked for the pending maintenance invoice, i was send a bill of 73000/- with arrears of rs.60000/-because they had done some mistake in entering the data in their software, so they want me to pay arrears of rs.60000/- starting from 2009.

This is totally absurd and illogical, why should i pay for some mistake they have done. I have been clearing all the bills as send by them from the day i got possession of the house, for which i have all the receipts too.

I had sent several mails regarding waiver of arrears so that i can make the payment, still no response from their end to any of my mails.

Being a law biding citizen when i did not get any response to any of my mails, i calculated the pending maintenance bill from feb 2017 - dec 2017 and transferred an amount of rs.14637/- on 2 dec to the account which was given to me and where i have been transferring the maintenance bills since 2009.

I didn't knew then i was in for another shock. Again after several reminders for receipt for the amount transferred finally i got a mail yesterday from ms. Sonal stating the amount has been transferred to wrong account and i have an outstanding of rs. 74059/-

I am horrified right now and do not what to do. How unsympathetic and unreasonable can people be. This company is really hopeless and the staff is inhumane.

If this matter is not settled at earliest, i will have to seek legal help.

Worst services provided. No response to clients queries. Very rude and misbehaved employees. Do not listen to clients and forget about the service provided. Staff does not have any decency to talk or reply. No one replies or tries to solve customers problems. They are only interested in fleecing money from clients for no services provided.

Dear Sir, This is very hurtful that your rules are against the labour. omaxe city incharge mr. khalid Imam release a order on behalf of shanvi , that any worker did not work in any house after duty hour also. for kind information that labours are not " bandhua mazdoor" you have no right to bound him/her to work anywhere after duty hour. secondly your salary releasing timing is also very very very poor, 35,00 rs salary is nt sufficient for any poor labour. if shanvi or khalid imam did not understand this things, then we will go to media & louge fir and case in Labour / or Janhit yachika and publish in print media. inshort understand the financial situation of labour & do'nt hurt feeling, otherwise result are very... bad Amit Singh s/o Dr. S.P Singh B-527 omaxe city opp: Ambedkar university Lucknow
