My name is Arun Kumar . I started my process with your company on June 21, 2025, at your Chennai Madhuyoil branch. At the time of starting the process, your team informed me that it would be completed within 15 days. However, it has now been 3 months, and the process is still not completed.
During this period, your team repeatedly asked for payments, and I have made all payments on time without any delay. Whenever I asked for an update, I was told, “The process will be completed next week.” But even after several weeks, there has been no progress. Recently, when I inquired again, I was informed that my profile is now on hold, which is very disappointing and concerning.
My humble request is that you do not play with my career and life. Please do not cheat me or anyone else. I kindly request you to either complete my process immediately or refund the total amount I have paid.

Total Amount Paid: ₹4, 43, 668
I kindly request you to take immediate action and resolve this issue at the earliest.
