Dear Sharaa Info Developers,
I am writing to formally request the immediate refund of ₹1.87 lakh, which remains unpaid from the total amount I paid for your fraudulent job placement service. Due to the severity of this issue, I have already reported the matter to multiple government authorities, including Cyber Crime and the Labour Department, and will pursue further legal action if this is not resolved immediately.
Summary of the Issue:
On December 19, 2023, I enrolled in your job placement program after being assured of a guaranteed position as a Java Developer at Zoho within one month.
I made payments totaling ₹3.82 lakh, which includes:
- ₹1.8 lakh to Sharaa Info Developers (invoice available as proof)
- ₹2 lakh as a “security deposit” for Zoho (invoice provided later confirmed to be fake).
On December 26, 2023, I received what appeared to be an appointment letter from Zoho — which I later verified was completely fraudulent. I was then misled further with false claims about a position at Accenture. To date, I have not received any legitimate offer or job placement.
This scam caused me to resign from a stable job, resulting in a career gap of over 1 year and 4 months and significant emotional and financial stress.
Evidence & Escalation:
I have gathered strong evidence to support this complaint, including:

. WhatsApp chats and voice recordings
. The fake Zoho appointment letter

Refund Status & Demand:
To date, you have refunded only ₹1.95 lakh, while the total paid was ₹3.82 lakh. I therefore demand the immediate refund of the remaining ₹1.87 lakh, failing which I will escalate this further legally and publicly.
