I was looking for job vacancies through naukri.com and I've come through the Sharaa info developers looking for a QA automation testers, they provided HR number by using that number I've contacted them, After calling they(Diya) said "Yes we do have vacancies for the QA automation testers" I said ok, share me the interview details, after that they(Diya) said it is a paid service we help candidates to get job. I said ok how much, she said it is depends you have to pay Rs.2000/- and register for further information, until we don't disclose the process, I said ok and some how managed to pay the amount by barrowing money from my friends. After that they(Diya) said within 48 hours one of the employee from place ment team will contact you, been 48 hours still didn't get any call, I called Diya and asked after that I got a call from one of the employee called Gayatri
I said after that she asked me how much are you expecting, I said 5-6 LPA, she said we can push to 8.4LPA.and the conversastion went on Telugu and said you have to commit to pay 3 months salary to company I said ok, then she said we have openings in Accenture, Honeywell, Cognizant, Zoho and Hexaware, she told me to choose one, I said Accenture after that she said i'll sahre you Accenture company quotaion which contains details of the process and money, I said ok share it, after sometimme she shared the quotation which was containing Rs.2, 10, 00/- I was shocked and mentioned in that I've to pay extra Rs.30, 000/- for medical charges. I immediately contacted her she said there's has been mistake i'll share you another quotation, which has Rs.30, 000 is inclusive until I called and started asking for it. I wondered and first I said I can't pay 3 month's salary as commitment it is a huge amount and out of my hands to arrange. And I asked what if once I join the company, company fires what to do, i'll lose money right, then she said, we take care of it and company will provide you trainings and all. Then I asked about the process, she said you've to pay Rs.20, 000/- to start the process, once you pay Rs 20, 000/- you'll get HR call from the company itself, I trusted and somehow tried my best to ask my father to arrange money, he said he don't have gimme two days lemme arrage it, and he arraged somehow getting money for interest. After paying the Rs.20, 000/- I shared screen shot to the Gayatri, she said will start the process within 24 hours. After 24 hours completed I didn't get any reply I approcahed her she said you'll get a call from the Accenture HR around 11AM, and it'll be only a telephonic interview.I waited but I did'nt get any call 11 AM, I texted her on whatsApp she said you'll get around 1 PM. I got a call but it is from Gayatri not from ACCENTURE she said Accenture HR is on call i'll connect, I wonder If it is from a ACCENTURE HR, HR should contact me directly how one can take HR for conference, he asked me about me self introduction, I answered he said ok and gone from the call, afer that she asked me how was the interview I said he did'nt asked anything, she said it is like that don't worry pay first one month amount Rs.70, 000/- to proceed with the further process.
I got scared about this process and thier suspecius behaviour, I approcahed to my cousins and friends, they started exploring about the company details on Google, Youtube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebbok and Naukri. Next gayatri called me and asked for Rs.70, 000/- I asked her about company details and evidence of how candidates they are placed and tie up with how many companies she was hesitating to share the details and for a minute she started behaving suspcious and I asked for her linkedIn ID she refused to share, I though to check that she has a veried account with Sharaa info developers or not, and I checked Sharaa info developers on linkedIn it is not at all a verified business. and googled about this company getting no results about the company except thier address in Chennai and linkedIn account which is not verfied. I keep on started asking about with the employees they started acting suspecious, after that I requested with them to repay my money, Gayatri said for refund you've to check with other HR and she stopped picking my calls, I keep on started calling her, after 10 calls she picked one call and said contact to main branch HR.
I called to other number, another girl called Manisha picked it, and asked why I am cancelling and asking for the refund, I said I my parents and brothers are suspecius about this company and process so I am cancelling my process I said, after that she keep talking and not letting me to talk and ask for the refund and said if you want your money back there will 25% deduction int he money, I'm confused and asked why did'nt tell in the begining of the process about this, I should have not paid the amount or why you did'nt mentioned in the confirmation document, then she started provoking me, I little get tempered but was in my control, when i was asking for refund in tempered tone, she started to accusing me that i was misbehaved with and started threatning me we don't do your refund go do whatever you, I said I did'nt say anything wrong about, and did'nt use even a singlr vulgar word about you why are behaving like this, she cut the call, I tried 4-5 times calling her, she did'nt pickup, I panicked alot that why they are behaving like this, after 4-5 calls, anothe employee picked the call with same number and said, if you want your money back come to the Chennai office and meet CEO. I said why I should've to come to Chennai to get money, begining of the process you should told me to pay the money in the Office itself now you accusing that I misbehaved with you and forcing me to visit Chennai office. then they shared a mail regarding cancellation process. they called me and said to reply that mail with the reason why I am cancelling. I replied the mail with proper reason, but after that I called them and they're not responding, after sometime by gods grace picked the call and if you want to get your money back connect with our CEO Shiva and check with him they said.
I called Mr.Shiva he asked my name, started communicating in kannada and asked for my address and asked me that why did you behave with emploee and you're calling us fraudlent company I said Could you please check with your employee in what way I misbehaved with her and when did I said your company is a fraudulent company, then he said ok, we have another office in bangalore in BTM layout Gangotri circle come there, whatever is there will do settlement, I said ok i'll visit tomorrow.
Next day I went there( #98/6, 2 nd floor, 20th Main, Gangotri circle, BTM Layout 1st Stage, Banglore 560029). I went to 3rd floor, one of the employee came and asked me, you came for job? I said I want to meet Mr.Shiva where is he, she said wait here I'll leet you know in 5 mins, I waited for half an hour there, after sometime one girl came and introduced her as HR manager, I wondered she is literally young and without experience How one can be grown to manager level, I went along her inside and she asked me again are you looking for a job? I said no mam, I am here for refund, she again started giving demonstration and tried and mind wash me. I asked he where is Mr, Shiva, she said go to first floor and and wait ther for sometime, I went to first floor, and waited for sometime, one man is there, he asked you're here for, I asked him are you Mr.Shiva, no what is it tell me, I said I am here for refund, he said why do you want refund and all, and told me to wait outside for sometime, the girls which I previously met they went inside and started telling him something and they told him, I am accusing thier company as fraudulant company and he is asking for his money back. After waiting outside for almost 1 hour he called me inside and asked I called to Chennnai office they are telling me you misbehaved with our employee, I asked him to call her and speaker on, he refused to call her, and keep asking same thing again and again, he started scolding me and threatning me, raised his voice and defaming infront of other employees, abused me vulgurly, and forcefully made me to write an aplogy letter, I refused initially, he threatned me to if I don't write an aplogy letter, we won't refund your money back, do you whatever you do. I was shocked and wrote an apoloy letter after that again he threatned me to give your adhar card, else we won't refund you, I've written my Adhar number and signature and after threatened me to bring my adharcard provide xerox, he continously verbally abusing through out the communication and defaming and threatning me. After that a guy called Manju collected my Adhar card and apology letter. amd they within 48 hours your amount will be refunded but there's no refund happended in 48 hours.
I got a mail regarding the refund and in that they mentioned 48 hours, but nothing happened, after that I mailed them, they replied like within 5 working days, they keep on lagging but not refunding my money back.
I've recordings also but I am unable to submit here since it is not supported.
They are indulging candidates with showing job offer and looting money from the candidates, government should take action on them.
Details:
Initially, I paid 2, 000 as registration fee on 16.01.2025
and after that I paid 20, 000 on 20.01.2024
then I got suspecious and requested for refund
After the about incident no proper response from them, some time not picking the calls.
But no response and not attending the calls and no reply for my messages and mails.
And i spoke with previous employees of that company, they said, they won't do placement and they won't return money. They have Yatra Finance India Pvt Ltd comapany, by using that, they giving rotation the money which is given by candidates.
Many candidates and their parents were shouting in the office, finally they will tell, legally we will face it.
