[Resolved] Sharekhan — account locked and sharekhan staff is not at all supporting and irresponsible and harassing us. | |||
Dear Recipient, This is regarding the issue of my Sharekhan Account been locked. I have called your Hyderabad office and came to know that the reason is Fatka not been submitted. I have submitted it twice and came to know that this has been successfully updated in your side., but my sharekhan account is still locked. Even with numerous followup from the Panjugutta Hyderabad branch, I am not getting any answer from them and they are just making me go round and round. The manager at the Pangutta Branch Mr. Vinay, he is highly irresponsible and doesn't have courtesy to even talk in proper manner. I am running behind him since last 2 weeks and every time he comes back that we will call you, which has never happened. Can you please look into this, why the account is locked even after successful updation of Fatka and unlock the account. Also can you please let us know the escalation procedure for the irresponsible behavior of the Panjagutaa Branch Manager. Was this information helpful? | |||
