Rude attitude behavior. they will simply refuse to guide. they say you have to do on own by studying. before opening they convinced me they will help guide and provide some tips related buy and sell. but there is no such thing they did instead they ask huge amount to invest for guidance. they only open account thats it. no service nothing

    Since 1 st of april i am following up with the localbranch in agra for delink old saving accounts & link new account.
    Also to update the kyc. Against my s2k id : w433441
    customer id : 422879 .

    But since today they are making me fool, by saying we are doing, doing & doing.

    No result till today.
    Sharekhan customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    They locked me out of my account and keep giving excuses but I was able to reclaim my asset with the help Mrs Clara via Email

      My wife madhuri had invested in icici pru debt liquid fund & on redumption the funds were not transferred to mfund ledger but were sent by a chq drawn on bank ac which was closed & deleted frm sharekhan records

            The above trade has not been done by me - yet they appear in my Oder Book/ Trade Details/ Order History 03/03/2022.

            On seeking redressal, Sharekhan refuted the error, only stating that the entries were initiated from my ID. They have not responded to my request for an investigation in the matter.

            2)INDUSINDBANK - ORDER ID[protected] BUY AT 09:50:30 QTY - 15
            AND ORDER ID –[protected] SELL AT 12:00:24 QTY - 15

            The above trade has not been done by me - yet they appear in my Oder Book/ Trade Details/ Order History 24/03/2022.

            I enclose the relevant screenshots of the statements reports.

            Regarding the 2nd entry pertaining INDUSINDBANK - the entries of BUY/SELL appeared in "ORDER HISTORY' report DURING TRADING HOURS (screenshot attached). The entries were subsequently removed from the report.

            I enclose 8 (eight) Screenshots of my Trading Account taken at various 'time' of 24/03/22 and today i.e. 25/03/22.

            Discrepancies observed -

            (1) In Turnover reports (Scr.Shots 1&3) Order History reports (Scr.Shots 2&5) stock Mindtree Buy/ Sell is shown as 5/10. However as per Order Book report (Taken at 20:34 hrs on 24/03/22) it is REFLECTED CORRECTLY (Buy - 5 Sell - 5). Yet Detailed Transaction view (Scr.Shot - 8 taken on 25/03/22 i.e. Today) shows Short Term sell of Mindtree (1+4) on 24/03/22

            My Portfolio today also shows stock of Mindtree reduced from 6 to 1.

            (2) Screenshot 2 & 3 shows Trading in stock IndusInd Bank not done by me on 24/03/22. I mention here that Buy/Sell of 15 No. IndusInd stock was done by me on 23/03/2022.

            I tried to call up Helpdesk on 24/03/22, and after a prolonged wait, I was informed that no one was available to take my call due to "technical issues"

            I tried to Chat with HelpDesk (ScreenShot - 4 at 15:04 hrs but was informed that all users were busy.

            The Branch Office Personnel at Durgapur W.B. also did not respond to my call.

            It is difficult to quantify the financial loss suffered by me as I was holding Mindtree for gains on rising of the Stock price. False 'buy' entries of Berger Paints and Eicher Motors have also caused me Financial Loss.

            As per my rough estimates, I have suffered a loss of Rs.5000 due to these false transactions.

              Sir i rahul agarwal sharekhan custmer id 1516986 sir have an issue in brokerage i have set brokerage in sharekhan i paise in cash and f&o and 20 rs in option as i know in all segemnts there was a movements in crude now days so i decide to trade in crude in option but have charged 150 rs one side brokerage without any informed or any telephonic confirmation they charged 300 rs per lot trangection instead behalf 40 rs so i had to say local staff at jaipur but they denide and say we cant refund my brokerage so if you can pay attention to my compaints that will be thankfull

                Dear Sir,

                My DP client ID is 86944447 and 87600489. I told my branch to apply for the TCS buy back when it is started. Now the reason given by the branch is your LOA is not signed. From 9th March to today 22nd March, 2022 still LOA work is not done.

                Branch is in Mumbai Bhayander

                It is the responsibility of the Sharekhan to complete their internal process and not my. If i missed my TCS buy back application sharekhan will be responsible and I will claim loss on buy back with interest to sharekhan.

                Even after so many calls and visit sharekhan is not replying and acting very slow.

                If by today 22/03/2022 by 3 PM my application is not submitted. I will file complain in SEBi against sharekhan for recovery of my loss.

                  I have sent atleast 3 reminders to share my Client Master List to Sharekhan but there has been no response from them. I had tried reaching them on customer care and live chat without any success. I just need my Client Master List for my client code 1760247.

                    I have raised the request of closure my demate account 3-4 times, but everytime it is getting rejecting due to signature mismatch. I am not sure why this is happening when my sign is absolutely same as my docs.
                    I really don't want to be in association with Sharekhan anymore.

                        Illegal money deduction and money theft committed by Sharekhan on Mutual Fund which I have already disabled and deactivated:

                        Money deducted on 11th March 2022 which is idiotic, unprofessional, assholish and bstrdite, as Mutual fund deposit mandate is for 15th March but money deducted 4 days earlier without any valid reasons.

                        CHECK THE MUTUAL FUND UTI FLEXI CAP FUND - Email ID: [protected]@gmail.com - account -only one portfolio is there for that and in same portfolio previously on[protected] and[protected] also same theft of 1000 INR done by Sharekhan for Mutual fund deposit which is 4 days later i.e.[protected] and[protected], this is bstrd theft committed by Sharekhan and I AM INSTRUCTING SHAREKHAN TO REFUND THE THIRD 1000 INR DEPOSIT ILLEGALLY DONE BY SHAREKHAN ON MARCH 11, 2022 FOR SAME PORTFOLIO BACK TO SOURCE ACCOUNT BEFORE i RESORT TO LEGAL FILING AND DRAG IT'S ### THRO' COURT...

                          I have opened demat account more than a year ago having login id SADWEZ78 with share khan but not able to trade. i had complain this to ghaziabad office mamager and staff who has opened it but no response from last one year or i would say no respect for customer have all proof in chat.

                          My Sharekhan Dmat A/c No.2411622 operating since 2018. 140 NBCC Equity shares held in my Account since then on advice of some employee o[censored]r Company. NBCC declaring Dividend every year. My Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Account linked with Sharekhan DMAT A/c.
                          Kly get the position checked. Dividend income of previous years 2018-19 onwards be got credited to my Bank A/c. of NBCC shares. Still any action required to be taken on my side be spelt out clearly.

                            Hi, My name is Rashmi Santhosh Kumar. I am trying to open trading and demat account from Febuary 1 2022. My client registration number is [protected].
                            I tried opening Sharekhan account on Feb 1 2022. My KYC got approved. The registration form went to backend due to some technical issue. They were unable to remove my data from backend and neither they could open my account. I have been emailing [protected]@sharekhan.com but there has never been a proper response and many times no reply. I tried calling and the response was they will get back. After many calls, they started disconnecting the call after hearing the issue. They never got back. I have been going to Sharekan Koramangala branch, Bengaluru but there also, the response has been bleak. I can still login using my mobile number and see my data in sharekhan but I haven't received a login and password for trading. I have been asking them to delete my personal data which is stuck but they are not doing it. Please help.

                              My brother Jerry Dsilva had opened account of sharekhan but because of his NRI account. Sharekhan person told to open new account with his wife name.. After opening new account it was promise by the share Khan person that all the balance would be transfer from one account to another but it wasn't transfer there was around 5000 amount and 100 shares of Wipro brought @ 270 or something .. When we tried [protected]@ Manish sharekhan person who opened my bro account he said to call sharekhan customer service I tried contacting but no response I email them but yet they say no account found .. we still receive the Wipro papers at home but yet sharekhan isnt helping us with account recovery my new account (Calista80) and old (Jerry1975) ..

                                I had made 2 transactions worth 10 K INR which got debited from my bank account but hasn't been credited to sharekhan account. When checked with bank, they confirmed that the amount has been transferred to sharekhan successfully from the bank end. I have been trying reaching Sharekhan customer support to resolve this issue but no luck.

                                Kindly help is resolving this issue.

                                  My sharekhan account with customer id - 1338739 has been locked (not sure since when) under the pretext that I am an nri, I have posted requested documents such as "fatca" declaration to their head office. Still I have no response from your customer support team.

                                  I have raised a ticket SLTD=[protected] sent reminders asking for an update - still I have no response. It also looks like the calls from my registered mobile number to customer care numbers are being ignored deliberately.

                                  I tried reaching out to the local branch in Chennai and they are not able to help. No one knows how to resolve the issue. I also escalated the issue to their compliance office - but there is no response - this has been happening for more than a month now.

                                  I just want to know how to get my account unlocked - so that I can close my trading and DP accounts.

                                      Hi,

                                      My Customer ID is 1286720.

                                      I had withdrawn funds from my trading account into my bank account on Saturday i.e. 19th February 2022. It was shown as a success by the mobile app.

                                      However, I still haven't received the funds in my bank account.

                                      I have submitted my query / representation to Sharekhan twice but there is no response on the matter.
