[Resolved] Sharekhan — cheated on pathetic customer service | |
Sharekhan charges crazy amount of brokerage. On escalating this i was assured that the existing brokerage charges would be reduced to half. That never happened however. After waiting for 10 days, mailed sharekhan regarding the same. Got a very rude response from the staff after waiting for another two weeks. Overall my problem was never addressed. Sharekhan has given be schedule of charges however they have charges much higher than what is confirmed to me, they are doing forgery in the customer accounts by taking higher charges then what is confirmed

I am triloki nath choudhary, customer id 819159 maintaining demat and trading account with sharekhan for the past 10years, but due to some reason I was not using it for the last two year. now again I wanted to start and transferred Rs500/- on 2nd nov 2017 but till now it has not been credited to my trading account. I dropped mail to myaccount at least twice and called customer care at least four times it is shocking not even once I could speak to any customer care person even after waiting for more than 20 minutes..r they closing their operation ..
