Sharma Transport — corrupt and gunda bus driver and his assistant

My booking from bangalore to mumbai in bus number ka-01-ak0666 dated 18th dec 2019, departure time was 9:20pm from majestic amar hotel and the bus the boarding point at 9:03pm, i was only few minutes away from the bus, driver called and asked to catch the bus at anandrao circle congress office, i caught auto and immediately rushed to anandrao circle, driver named as khalil, and his assistant, did not allow a box of sweet weighing max 4 or 5 kg's, they initially asked for 400 rupees, which i refused to pay, then they did not allow me to put that in luggage area outside the bus, when we kept it near the sleeper seat in the bus, the driver assistant carried them outside the bus and put them on the road, he also pushed the passenger outside. Later i called police and he was not ready to stop for the police to arrive, he was trying to drive over the boxes with his bus and was moving his bus again and again towards me to frighten me, when twice police wanted to talk to the driver, they took the phone and disconnected the call. Driver was challenging to call anybody, police or army, nothing can do any harm to him. Later when police came, he started giving other excuses like maharashtra border police will charge penalties up to 20, 000 and he can't take these stuff, police tried to explain him about no harm in sweets, i also offered to open the box and throw away the carton and just carry sweets in hand, which also he refused.
Lastly, my passenger went without sweets, and i had to take back the box of sweets home.
At multiple occasions driver and his assistant was found using abusive language and was trying to get physical. They created very dangerous situation just after not receiving extra rs.400/- while onboarding the bus.
Shame on sharma travels to hire such hooligans and goondas, full of excuses and tricks to take money by threatening passenger, throwing luggage on the road and pushing passenger outside the bus, then trying to threaten the passenger by bringing bus very near to passenger with running engine.
Never seen such a shamefull behaviour of the driver and co-driver before sharma transport.
