This is with reference to above mention complain no's. & detail,
I have purchased above mentioned model of sharp 1.1 ton split air condition from vijay sales, vasai on 12th oct, 2015.
I had initially called for routine servicing as cooling was not satisfactory.
Technician visited but he could not service that day. But after few day on repeated calling on his number he finally visited and he found refrigerant gas is low.
But he never return back to fix it.
Inspite of repeated calling 5-6 times to customer care no one is taking action.. Just every one is saying that we will inform manager you will find the person next day.
But next day is never over for sharp.
