Sharp India — I buy washing machine before 1 year and 8 month

Hi i buy wasing machine date 0f 31/05/2015 now in the warranty but your company technician said expence 8000/- inr so why 2 year warranty so why i pay 8000 inr and we trust sharp name so shop owner also not giving answer so do need and take yor washing machine and give me new becoz in the warranty
