[Resolved] Sharp India — LED TV Manufacturing defect | |||
Dear Sir I had purchased sharp (Aquos) LED 32 " ; Model LC-32LE350M ; Sr No :[protected] from your company and was running smoothly with ordinary set top box of dish TV with 3 cables RYB . But now when we purchased HD set top box, it failed to work . When got checked by your engineer, he told us that HD port is not working and is defective and needs replacement of parts . I want to know from the company that when this port was never used before, than how can it be faulty . It seems that the TV was supplied to us with defective port, which could not be checked as HD set top box was not there at that time . And this is fault of the company that TV was delivered defective at the time of supply .
