[Resolved] Sharp India Limited — Sharp Refrigerator complaint | |||
I Have bought a Sharp Refrigerator Model No : SJPT57RHS on 3oth Dec 2013 from Vijay Sales Chembur. After 2 month of Purchase it was low cooling. We thought because of summer season as its too hot may be the reason we waited till a month or so, but still it persists and I made a complain it took 2 weeks for the person to attend the complain. After attending he said he need to change the main part because of which its not cooling. i asked him why is it so that in 3 months such a big part to be changed. He said due to some problem. He changed the part and the fridge stopped working totally... after putting a new part its stopped working...can you imaging. Its really a pain after spending 56, 000/- cash and getting such a machine ...Pathetic situation still its pending as I have given enough of time and patience level for this. Now I decide to replace or Money Back. Because after one year of warranty gets over it will be terrific to spend more money on the fridge. Its really a hard earn money that we spend and we belong to middle class family. After such a long period we have decided to take such a big refrigerator and that too with such a defective piece. Not acceptable Not at All. Kindly help in getting this solved before the warranty period gets over. Kindly look into this matter Sirin Was this information helpful? | |||
