I have purchased the captioned product from m/s kohinoor electronics near infinity mall malad west in 07/02/2015. The product has not been functioning properly and about 8-10 times it has been required to be repaired. One of the reasons i have been told was leakage of gas. We bought a refrigerator sharp, model
Sjpt66r - hs, serial no. [protected], from vijay sales janakpuri, nd in 2012. Still in warranty but cooling has come down to zero. Mailed complaints twice but no response. I put up telephonic complaint with ticket no. 19202295 on 8-5-19. No response. Is anybody listening? Scorching heat and no ice.
Sharp India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The company is not responding to my complaints after the technician attended the gas leak problem and gave a warranty of 3 months. We have made at least 2 complaints with customer care but didnt attend even after assurance. It seems the company is waiting for lapse of warranty period, so that charges can be levied again

    I have purchased sharp inverter ac from 2015 - leakage start in 2017 service supporter demand 13, 500 but next year 2018 say but not solved now again leakage issue service person misbehave and demanding rs 7000 for leakage change :- cooling is very poor
    Very poor after sales service - service provider is not only provide service of sharp but also some competitor company
    I dedcided to discard the ac and make is show item for social media and as head of one of the japanese co. Finance department i personally complain to all japanense and jcc for the same

      I am complaining about my sharp inverter a.c regarding its service and low cooling for the last two weeks. I called the customer care no. umpteenth times but to no avail. I called Mr. Jaspal Singh who is the branch manager and whose contact no. is [protected] many a times but he also gave me false assurances everytime. And as if it was not enough, to rub salt to my wounds, he blocked my number as if I had committed some wrongdoing. My complaint no. is 19201. please for god sake sort out the problem at the earliest or I wiil have to approach the consumer forum for the redressal.

        I have purchased sharp inverter ac from dealer in Hyderabad. Since the day it is not working well. So many times complained.. but not solved.
        1. Low cooling
        2. Sensor and remote not properly working
        3. Buttons not working in remote.
        Sensor not taking aignals
        The service engineers have visited and simply telling that there is no problem. The simply go away without proper attention. I strongly in opinion that the sharp has not focußes on after sales service. Being a good brand, in India there are sharp gains also. But not concentrating on after sales. The service agents quality is not satisfactory. Completely trained personnel should be appointed. I hope sharp will lead in coming years the air condition industry. Only negligence and not focussing in the issues. Lack of customer support are the key failures. Hope better tomorrow.

          compressor

          The compressor of my refrigerator stopped working. The service center people took the compressor as it was faulty on 29th of january. Since then i am trying to get my refrigerator fixed since then and what i get in response a tat of 2 days every time.
          The compressor is in warranty for 5 years.

            This is with reference to my complaint no-997917. Despite repeated follow up on the toll free no no one has bothered to call me up.

            I had purchased a brand new breadmaker from sharp via amazon but regretfully it is not working. Is this the level of customer care that can be expected from the company?
            The model no is & it was purchased on 3rd nov from amazon. The appliance does the kneading but no baking is done.

                I have been using a sharp washing machine for the last four years. Now it is not functioning for the last three months. I had requested the service centre at palakkad for repair. One week before a technician came and told that another technician's help is needed since the complaint may be for the panel. But so far nobody has come so far. What is the remedy? Please advise me.

                        I now believe i made a big mistake buying a sharp ac paying much higher than other brands in market, as my other ac at home (Non sharp brands) are working perfectly cooling, even being much older than my sharp ac.

                        Since last 4 months, sharp has sited various issues in my ac and taken money all way possible. But end result, i am still suffereing without ac in this hot and humid weather and unnecesarily hiking on my electricity bills as the ac runs without any cooling at all.

                        Do you have mechanics who really know what the issue is?
                        Or is this usual practice of making money from customers who do not understand much of ac technicalities?
                        Or you are in practice of making the machine a scarp after just 5 years so your sales goes up?

                        End of the day i am having big trouble with your services. Utterly cheated and looted!

                        If this is not taken up urgently, i will be going up to higher authorities who will either have to make my machine running in good condition or get me a new machine in place! This has been enough now!

                        We first made a complaint in service center problem stated was ac not cooling on 16/04/2018.
                        First complain attended on 18/4/18- sharp said gas recharge required for cooling. We paid rs.3500 and did it. Pressure 140 psi
                        Ac cooling was not ok. Again complaint in spite of repeated-ed calls no one attended, finally they came on 20/6/18

                        Second visit again they said gas recharge required. Please note withing less than 7 weeks time gas again recharged with payment. Pressure 140 psi
                        Ac cooling was still not ok. Again complaint on 20/07/2018 in spite of repeated ed calls no one attended.

                        Third time sharp visited on 23/07/2018 (Complaint no 192695)-sharp representattive checked and found less cooling. Pressure 110-120 psi
                        No action taken ac cooling was still not ok. We complained again and again.

                        Fourth visit by sharp 17/08/2018- we were asked to do a complete servicing by paying rs.1500 and problem will be solved we were assured of. We paid and let sharp open the whole machine and do servicing.

                        Ac cooling was ok until few hours 17/08/2018/

                        18/08/2018- ac cooling was again stopped and only warm air coming out since last two days again. The display light has suddenly started blinking on and off since last one day. They has damaged the display too!

                        Your service center has been making all false assurances without any action!

                        Hi sir, compressor is not working please send me any technician to our home.mother board is the main problem in compressor and rats are bite the wires .the AC is not at all working so please send me any one technician to our home.
                        We are facing issue sound issue in LED TV purchased on 31st Jan18, trying to contact M/s Sharp service center from last one month. We only get assurance the person will visit and attend the problem bu no-one from sharp still visited. Also, no reply on our mails by them.

                          My mother Krishna Kumari Mahaptara had bought a SHARP REFRIGERATOR SJ-K445-SL from your dealer M/s. Associated Indo-Vietnam Agencies, Puducherry 605001 vide Invoice No. SI/AA205 date 09/06/2014. I am attaching a scan copy of the Original Invoice for your kind reference.

                          The same is not functioning now and a technician appointed by above dealer checked the Refrigerator on 29/6/18 and informed that the compressor is not working.

                          As you know the compressor has a 5 year guarantee. I had booked a complaint on 02/7/18 (Complaint No. 989324) but there has been NO RESPONSE to my request for compressor replacement / repair. I have several times called your call centre but the response is evasive, inadequate and unhelpful.

                          I am unable to use the Refrigerator and facing a lot of inconvenience and difficulty due to this for the past 40 days. I request you to please arrange for replacement of the compressor or Refrigerator at the earliest.

                            I ajit gandhi had bought sharp refrigerator, model no: s2fp97v.52, unit serial no: [protected] on 24/08/2014 installed it on: 26/08/2014, raised a ticket on 5th day of installation that there were cracks on boxes, but the same was unanswered

                            On 20/08/2015, i again raised a complaint that there is water leakage from bottom and trey and ice is forming up in freezer section and complaint number for the same is 619268

                            On 22/08/2015, technician named “roshan” from liberty services attended our complaint, he left just by changing the temperature from 3 degree celsius to 2 degree celsius.

                            On next day, someone called to collect the feedback of service, we mentioned the query was not resolved

                            On 26/08/2015, two other technicians named mr. D’mello and mr ashish from liberty services attended my complaint and mr. D’mello cracked the back panel of refrigerator while trying to open it & the same is written on the form by him. (Refer attached form)

                            They didn’t even turned off the refrigerator and door open alarm was continuously ringing, now our door open alarm is also not functioning properly

                            He had asked us to observe for few days, but very next day we faced the leakage issue

                            As confirmed by a lady from sharp company, told us that production head will visit on 28/08/2015, but no one turned up, neither there was any intimation of visit

                            I am very upset with kind of service we received, instead of getting our issue resolved, we ended up having multiple issues in our refrigerator

                            I am cheated as such a costly refrigerator cannot have so many issues, hereby requesting a replacement of my refrigerator

                            We understand this problem of water leak and water freeze under food liner section occurs quite often and repeatedly over the period of 6-8 months after every service.

                            Just to let you know, in our last service your technician change the back panel in the fridge and after doing this the fridge operated in normal state for 3-4 months and now again we encountered the same problem so we are again back to square one.

                            We request you to kindly send an expertise so that we can rid of this problem.

                            Also, we look forward to expediting your action against our complaint, since this problem is getting worse day by day and finally we are unable to use the refrigerator on daily basis.

                              At the date of purchase only the original invoice provided by the dealer and when asked about the warranty card was informed that only the original bill is required for warranty claim if any.After the complaint is registered with the dealer and with the authorised service partner of sharp A service agent was visited our home had taken photographs of the tv along with regular routine service check ups and informed us that the panel has to be replaced and it will take around 15 working days and also informed that since the product is under warranty period the panel change is free of cost.Even after one month when we checked about the replacement of panel they are denying the warranty for various reasons.That made me to file a complaint here.

                                  2 months after technician came and told motor problem. we do not have option to buy spare parts directly, every thing has to get by either technician or regional manager. for 1800 /- rs product, they are collecting 4800/- and without any warranty and bill. i bought and tried to get service but this time other technician came and told board is the problem not motor.

                                  the cost of the board they said : 18000/- no warranty and bill.
                                  here, in one of the complaint i saw, the board problem solved for 8000/- rs.

                                  how openly they are looting our money. already sharp looted our money by selling less quality product and now technicians and managers time.

                                  April, 2018 - problem started
                                  2 months after one technician came and said DC motor problem.
                                  first technician said motor cost - 4800/- (no warranty & bill)
                                  i approached regional manger, bought @1800/-.
                                  old technician not responded after i bought it myself, because he lost his commission.
                                  after 1 week talks and discussion, i got second technician, he also asked about motor cost and commission usually how much they use to collect from customer.
                                  second technician said board is the problem not motor.
                                  i brought the board to Hyderabad and handed over to regional manager. after two days, third technician said board has to get replace.
                                  they said board cost = 18000/- (no warranty & no bill) + service charges.
                                  i have a doubt:
                                  i bought whole units (indoor & outdoor) = 45k
                                  if one board itself costs 18000/-, what is the cost of other parts in AC.

                                  i don't know why these people are collecting money from customers without providing service.

                                  today i spoke to regional manager, Gupta sir.

                                  he asked me to mention that, he took back motor and returned amount. yes, he returned my amount.

                                  he asked me to mention that, without any charges his team worked on my problem. yes, they did not collected single rupee from me so, far. My AC is in under warranty why should i pay visiting charges. so far, i never used free services.

                                  why should i pay for unworthy product, this is really my bad of buying sharp product.

                                  i am asking company management: is it my mistake buying SHARP product. i believe in sharp technology, that is the reason i blindly bought this product without any inquiry.

                                  he said one example, if we cannot effort for spare parts we should not buy the products. who knows that 50000/- rupees product would get repair in just 2 years. and the dealers never think about customers right, at least they have to tell us, these spare parts expensive and service would not within time.

                                  like me so many suffered, if you want u can see in consumer complaints.

                                  why the warranty is not providing for 15000/- rupees product.

                                  i am not in the situation, to spend again this much amount and which is not having any warranty.

                                  I bought the AC in march, 2016, in march mid, 2018 stopped working.
                                  i tried to get service from dealer, but my bad as i do not have bills he was not supposed to take even complaint. dealer did not registered my details with sharp company as i bought its AC.
                                  i communicated with customer care, they asked for bills and bought date for warranty check. and they confirmed that, they do not my details. here, these people also not interested to take the complaint as i do not have bills.
                                  in april, 2018 i found bills and i gave complaint at dealer and through customer care. 5528851, 988369
                                  so, this is fourth month still problem not resolved.

                                  after many calls and discussions my complaint has got assigned to some technician who belongs ongole division, he asked 850/- for visiting house.
                                  i said my AC is under warranty, i did not get any free service so far. he said, so what, if i come to your place i will charge for 850/-. and disconnected call. he suggested us, get service individually not through the company, then i can get some discount. i said, that way i do not want, i wanted genuine service because i do not want face the issues in future, as i am facing already one issue which is do not have registration with sharp.

                                  after two-three weeks of discussions with customer care one technician who is related to krishna district came and confirmed that outdoor DC motor failed. he did not charged for finding the problem, he is so kind of.

                                  i asked him details of product and cost. he said it will costs 4800/-. (no warranty and no bills) i communicated with vijayawada manager, after i sent the images of motor, he also said same price with no warranty and bill.

                                  as i am staying in hyderabad, i tried to communicate with regional manager Gupat sir, he is so kind of. he sold the motor @ 1800/-. i took to my home and called the technician to get service. he was not responded and did not answered my calls. i tried to get service from dealers, he sent one person for fix it. he assmebled the motor and it did not worked and mainly he mentioned that the motor which i bought from Gupta sir, is used one and not new one. he said board might be the problem.

                                  then i informed same information to Gupta sir, he send Arun technician Arun who is staying in chirala only, he came and confirmed that board is the problem. he removed the board and asked me take the motors and board to hyderabad to get it fix.

                                  i tried to communicate to second technician to get confirmation whether he is sharp guy or not. as he said motor only the problem.

                                  i came back to hyderabad, and handed over to gupta sir to check what is the problem. after two days, they confirmed that board has to get replace not even to get repair.

                                  luckily, gupta sir, take back the motor and returned my amount 1800/-.

                                  Gupta sir, said the board costs around 15000/-. (no warranty & bill)

                                  so far, because of kindness of technicians and managers they did not charged single rupee.

                                  sir, i am middle class person, after 3 year savings i bought this AC. it did not work atleast 2 years. i hardly used only 6 to 8 months. to day it is not working. it is almost 4 months without proper service.

                                  for traveling only i spent 2000/-, still problem not resolved. my time over phone and mental pressure.

                                  but, i can confirm that they started business with board component.

                                  my question:
                                  if i bought on electronic good, it should have warranty and bills. the parts has to show in their officials website.why it is not happening?

                                  why the service men taken 4 months of time, still problem not resolved.?

                                  why the dealer did not informed me that these products are expensive and did not proper service.?

                                  why the dealer did not registered my details with sharp company?

                                  why the dealer did not sold double booster stabilizer to handled the power fluctuation?

                                  i saw in some complaints, that they got problem even after using double booster. why the sharp company manufacturing this much low quality products.???

                                  to day, i spoke with Gupta sir, he simply saying that before buying the products we should think about spare parts cost.

                                  Gupta sir, i believe in sharp technology and blindly bought this AC without any inquiry and feedback. based on dealer words and whitepaper of this model i bought this.it is your responsibility that, providing quality service and genuine products @ genuine costs. already we are struggling a lot because of this product and you people are trying to squeeze more.
