I have purchased sharp inverter ac from 2015 - leakage start in 2017 service supporter demand 13, 500 but next year 2018 say but not solved now again leakage issue service person misbehave and demanding rs 7000 for leakage change :- cooling is very poor

I am complaining about my sharp inverter a.c regarding its service and low cooling for the last two weeks. I called the customer care no. umpteenth times but to no avail. I called Mr. Jaspal Singh who is the branch manager and whose contact no. is [protected] many a times but he also gave me false assurances everytime. And as if it was not enough, to rub salt to my wounds, he blocked my number as if I had committed some wrongdoing. My complaint...

I have purchased sharp inverter ac from dealer in Hyderabad. Since the day it is not working well. So many times complained.. but not solved.
1. Low cooling
2. Sensor and remote not properly working
3. Buttons not working in remote.

The compressor of my refrigerator stopped working. The service center people took the compressor as it was faulty on 29th of january. Since then i am trying to get my refrigerator fixed since then and what i get in response a tat of 2 days every time.
The compressor is in warranty for 5 years.

Television is not turning on. There is no light on tv and it is not responding at all. I was installing fire stick on my tv and suddenly i hear a noise and the tv became a brick all of a sudden. I would like if someone from can come to see the issue and fix it as soon as possible.

I am very disappointe to buy sharp refrigerator sj-k44s-sl my problem is not still solved more than 29 days. I complained to sharp authorised service center om service 531/7 ghookna, ghaziabad. Mob no [protected], [protected]. They come to my house and take service charge rs500 and still not come back now 29 days completed i don't know how much more weeks they take to solve my problem... Plz don't buy sharp product i have very bad experience...

Please provide clarification about my complaint no 991695 dated 14 aug 2018. As it is a new complaint earlier same complaint is still pending. Its warranty is in force till 31 aug this year. Please do the needful to get the complaint rectified as soon as possible. This is our first experience about any product complaint.

I now believe i made a big mistake buying a sharp ac paying much higher than other brands in market, as my other ac at home (Non sharp brands) are working perfectly cooling, even being much older than my sharp ac.

Since last 4 months, sharp has sited various issues in my ac and taken money all way possible. But end result, i am still suffereing without ac in this hot and humid weather and unnecesarily hiking on my electricity...

My mother Krishna Kumari Mahaptara had bought a SHARP REFRIGERATOR SJ-K445-SL from your dealer M/s. Associated Indo-Vietnam Agencies, Puducherry 605001 vide Invoice No. SI/AA205 date 09/06/2014. I am attaching a scan copy of the Original Invoice for your kind reference.

The same is not functioning now and a technician appointed by above dealer checked the Refrigerator on 29/6/18 and informed that the compressor is not working....

My AC got problem and technicians came and said motor problem later outdoor unit board problem.

one manager said motor cost : 4800/-
one manager said motor cost : 1800/- (used one) luckily they took back because my ac got another big problem, board is failed

finally :
outdoor unit board cost : 15000 to 18000/-
here my question is :
My AC cost : 50000/-
if only outdoor unit board...

first motor problem they said. and it costs 4800/- but, in original it costs only 1800/-.

regional manager sold @1800/- (used one) no warranty and bill.

bad management and service.

they are looting money from us, please help us from them.

i want my money back.
