The inspection was done by the technician of sharp service center rajahmundry after i had lodged a complaint on 4 sep 2019 tole free no.[protected]. Since then, no followup action has been taken place. After 15 days, i have contacted their regional manager mr. Ali in hyderabad, he said i need to have technical report on defective compressor. But he has not yet initiated as i have enquired from service center rajahmundry. The warranty period of the said item will be up to 17 dec 2019. I am an old veteran army officer and a case of osteoarthritis unable to move here and there. Therefore, i request you to take an appropriate action in this regard so that, the defective compressor will be replaced at the earliest. With regards, subbarao. Juvvala. E, mail subbarao.
