[Resolved] Sharp India — Sharp window ac compressor burst in 2nd year | |||||
I bought a sharp window AC on 21st Aug 2014 from Value Plus, Mahanagar, Lucknow. Model no.: AF-A18RT-S(Sharp Window 1.5 Ton Silver) Bill in name of: My5 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. On 24th March 2017 the compressor of AC busted with oil and gas spilling all over my office. I logged a complaint on Sharp Toll Free number on 25th March (Case Number: 2308441) and with compressor in 5 years warranty, I am still waiting for it getting replaced since 25th March 2017, they always say they did not received the part yet from sharp and I don't understand whether a compressor is being manufactured for me specially that they are not able to provide the replacement of compressor after 17 days.
