[Resolved]  SHARP / Refrigerator — Fridge not working from last three months

We bought a new refrigerator six months back ..and the abnormal working i.e low cooling has been noticed from last three months.
When complaint registered to Sharp India through Vijay sales Retail...
After Tech visited, he did not give us the report form for signature as well as reporter that its done and closed
but the problem still persists and this is the 4th complani that i am giving but still the same .. Checked with the Vijay sales Store for the said complaint but they also say the same th etechnician will come ...but how mant times and without any report how can you close the complain.
No resolution, found the complaint has been closed in their data base
without any intimation... very upset and dirty approach.
