SharPTronics — Non delivery of product and failure of delivering commitment | |||
I would not recommend Sharptronics to any of readers for the following reason: 1. After payment, i would have called the number mentioned on the receipt for not less than 50 times, never attended my call. Yet, product is not delivered. 2. Commitment is that - free installation of Daikin 1.0ton ac, but the visiting engineers did not accept this and I had to pay 1500/- for installation. I have tried several times to the showroom number to clarify the disconnect, but no response. 3. I have seen sellers booking appointment for installation with the product engineers, but in case of Sharptronincs, i had to book appointment with Daikin for installation.
