    We purchased LG dual inverter ac from sharptronics dharmapuri . after installation water is leaking from the front door.We had informed the same on the day of installation itself. Even after 5 days no response from the dealer and still the issue had not be resolved.pathetic service

      I received hitachi indoor ac totally opened in backside.. They r not put any cello tape..
      Indoor ac inside have some pencil marks, cracks.. Am totally disappointed to see this type of product...
      I think it's a refurbished product..
      Sharptronics porur they didn't any favor this issue..

      Am so wexed about ur shop quality issues..

        This is to your kind notification that we purchased a refrigerator from sharptronics of dharmapuri district the details are as such - we bought a lg fridge (Gc. B247sluv) for rs.68, 500 they promised us a gift but it has been 4 months (18/09/18) we have not received the gift yet. The approach of the manager mr. Solomen was good while purchasing but while asking the free gift his approach is totally disappointing. Due to his approach we didn't recommend sharptronics for buying two refrigerators in our family. Wheare as the other showrooms gave my brother a mini fridge for purchasing the same kind of fridge which i bought.

          During the time of diwali i bought a samsung 49 inch tv... On that time they promised me and billed me for giving home theater speakers,... But till date they are not providing me what they are promissed... Eventhough i’m a regular customer to sharptronics company they are not giving me proper response and not considering this issue... I think they are selling the customer compensation products in black markets... Please look into this issue..

            I parched blue start AC in sharptonics thiruvanmiyur. during my parched they are saying we provide 3000 rupees discount in for the product and this discount we will provide only via paytm.

            I am also accept. but this amount is not credit my paytm account. they are cancelled my product by them self. then went tow three time to the shop they are not response properly.

            Please my personal advice . don't go sharptonics thiruvanmiyur

            I am also accepted and the are create one order via paytm. after 2 days this order is cancelled in my paytm. the amount also not received. i called this shop more then 10 time and i went three time regarding this issue. no response from they are end.

            my ac machine also getting flat with in two months

Company host by SharpTronics I have booked on 30/04/2017. From date of booking i am calling all the branches there no proper reply some time they say we have mention in the bill itself minimum time 07 days. When called today they giving Reason it take latest 15 days to delivery . When we ask reason they not giving proper reply

                I bought a bridge for 72000 in Chennai trade center from Sharptronics on 30th April. they promised a delivery in 3-4 days. it has been 10 days now and they havn't delivered it. They doubt pick our calls anymore.

                If they pick it by mistake, they are saying they don't have such a bill no or mobile no. Which means they took money & are cheating now. Worst part is they called suddenly yesterday saying they are coming to delivery at 1 pm. I took a leave from my office and came home. The delivery guy dragged till 9 pm & told they don't have the product, it got misplaced and asks me to call the concerned person.
                That so called concerned person doesn't pick our call.
                I want my money back or the fridge. I took unnecessary leaves because of them, didn't go out on weekends because of them.

                  I ordered a tv (01-may-2017) at the chennai trade fair that happened last weekend. The product was billed for rs.33000 after discount at the fair, and surprisingly, a processing charge of rs.400 (Actual was 500 which was reduced to 400 after i fought for that) with bajaj finserv emi card breaking the promise which the posters and banners of the trade fair showed stating 0 hidden charges, zero cost emi.

                  No one seem to be interested in explaining this, and when questioned the reply was so harsh saying - "we pay a huge rent for this event, we cannot loose 100 bills at the time of replying to one customer's query. And you cannot ask about all details in a trade fair, these things can only be discussed in shop when free." - that was the worst customer experience i have ever had. The actual reason for a high processing fee may be really reasonable and valid, but the way they handled the customers were really unexpected, i could see a lot o[censored]nhappy and angry faces for the same issue.

                  With a dejected note, i still purchased the product as i had waited for so long to purchase this tv. As there was a huge crowd, the finance was not processed, only the bill for the processing charge was given and they assured that the bill will be sent with the product while delivery.

                  Now, i got a message stating a transaction of 36500 has been done which is a huge 3500 more than the actual bill value!!!.

                  First, i checked with the bajaj finserv customer care, where i got the reply that its the sharptronics people who would have swiped that and we cannot reverse without them requesting for. Then, till now am trying to reach out to the right person on this, but am being routed to the 5th person now, losing my patience.

                  If at all there is a customer support team and there is a crm, then please react and respond.

                  And to all other persons reading this, please don't go with sharptronics at any cost, their only motive is business, and they provide zero customer satisfaction.

                    I have purchased one brand new rhinoplus butterfly grinder from sharptronics hosur branch against invoice no.[protected] dated 20th november 2016 (Not even one month). Yesterday this grinder starts produce smoke from motor when we put on switch, we covered video clip also.

                    And i visited sharptronics hosur branch along with defected grinder and shown them video clip & there is no response from them. Simply they said you come after 15 days.

                    Also we tried butterfly customer care but we failed to reach them.

                    I feel this product may be duplicate.

                    I made a complaint regarding the TV for a black shade in left side on 23/04/17 till date I didn't received any call for service. Today 03/07/17 I visited the sharptronics shop in namakkak, again they started to telling the same story.. don't know what to do next.

                      Not yet deliveried my lg tv i'm waiting fr 10 days since i paid my full cash they are not attaining my calls since i called for all the contact number as they gave [protected],[protected],[protected] i called all these number they are not responding they are asking full payment ipaid it immediately after they asked since i didn't received the tv wat type of company worst of all wasting customer times delivery department is sleeping no response i want an action otherwise i will go further legal action

                        I purchased a Sony TV and I was supposed to get a free power bank as per Sony ad in the brochure. They said it will be delivered in a day or two. Its been 20 days since they haven't fulfilled their promise. My humble request is not to purchase any product from sharptronics. Worst customer service. The moment they receive your payment for the product, you are at their mercy. So beware about this showroom. Thanks

                          I would not recommend Sharptronics to any of readers for the following reason: 1. After payment, i would have called the number mentioned on the receipt for not less than 50 times, never attended my call. Yet, product is not delivered. 2. Commitment is that - free installation of Daikin 1.0ton ac, but the visiting engineers did not accept this and I had to pay 1500/- for installation. I have tried several times to the showroom number to clarify the disconnect, but no response. 3. I have seen sellers booking appointment for installation with the product engineers, but in case of Sharptronincs, i had to book appointment with Daikin for installation. That too 4 days after receiving the product.

                              I Bought a Samsung 22" LCD TV on 08 Nov 10 from SHARP TRONICS, No 262,Chinasami Naidu Road, New Sidhaputhur, Coimbatore 641 044 Phone[protected]. The assured Gifts were Airtel Dish TV with setupbox and free subscription for 3 months and a 50 film DVD pack. In this regard I contacted so many times and there was no/ less response from them. Last week I visited the show room they assured me that my gifts will be delivered on 21 Dec 10.Till date neither any gifts nor any call received by me. Kindly Help. The details are given below.
