I have ordered Shoes from this seller by Club Factory...I got one number less of product...so i applied for refund..nd there is no option for refund reason except missing good/package empty..so proceed nd write in comment Mismatch Number..on 4th of January 2020..This Rejected... again i applied for return on 8th of January.. Return pick up also done..dn i got msg return application is rejected.. refund value is 0..they attached reason for rejection ws first rejection with pic...How rubbish is this...

This month 14 s the bday but when I track it still it's in processing by the seller I need the dress for bday but I don't have hope that I will receive the parcel for the time this is worst experience i[censored] don't have stock you should mention that or u should mention the delivery date properly this is worst experience please delivery my order on 13 March plz it's my request plzzzzz

I buyed a product from club factory. Order no. SO[protected]. But the product is not delivered yet and I received a message that my order is being cancelled reason giving OUT OF STOCK. I suppose this might be because club factory is banned now in india. neither the product got delivered nor I got the refund. request you to please work on this . Either the product or the refund.
