Shatabdi Travels — boarding point | |
I book a ticket from redbus. Om from indore to kanpur but before booking i confirm from indore shatabdi office that the bus will pick up me at guna (Mp), but at the. Day of journey driver call me and tell me that the bus will not go via guna after that i call to indore shatabdi office., kanur shatabdi office., shatabdi headquarter at kanpur and also on redbus, but unfortunately no one try to resolve my issue and the behaviour of staff of indore office was really bad, so kindly look at this issue and try to resolve this asap. Maine kanpur se gwalior k liye shatabdi travels m bus book ki thi jiski timing 9:30 thi or bus 9:15 pr hi nikal gyi bus driver or conductor ne seat bhi check ni ki or bus ko aage le gya mere ko 10km auto se ja kr bus ko pick kiya ...

Two bags charge is Rs 20/bag = Rs 40 and the bus workers charged my father Rs 400.
They didn't allow him to keep the bags inside the bus until he gave them Rs 150.
Please reflect my (150 - 40) = Rs 110 in my account and take action against these bus workers.
I have attached my ticket.
