I had travelled from Haridwar to Greater Noida by Shabdi travels bus no. Mp07zK9009 on 8.11.2024. the travel duration was expected to be 5 hours, but it reached destination late by 1 hour. Also the bus was very dirty. Toilet was filthy, no water in toilet. On enquiry with bus attendent, he stated that the cleaner had not cleared the bus on that day and this the toilet was filthy and practically non usable.
Very poor hygiene and no time management. It deserves only a 1/5 rating.

Seat 25-26 and 27 are allocated to women but a drunk conductor comes to sleep in between. How can girls allow him to sleep there. In case he wants to sleep they should allocate it to male passengers . Considering currently what is happening in Imdia these days it does not feel safe.

They will cancel the tickets and later sell the same at higher price. unreliable service. pathetic.

My ticket book Kanpur to rajkot but Vadodara dropped me and without any money return given. We are 2 members journey ticket of 2 sleeper but charges of 4 members, bus condition very very bad, window glass broken, curtain not available.
Please refund my money

On 02 September 2023, I booked tickets for a journey from Kanpur to Indore with Shatabdi Bus Express Pvt. Ltd. My anticipation for a smooth and comfortable travel experience was met with great disappointment when, just four hours before the scheduled departure, I received a call from your company notifying me of the cancellation of my ticket. This abrupt and last-minute cancellation is highly inconvenient and reflects poorly on the professionalism and reliability of your service.

I am compelled to express my strong dissatisfaction with this situation. I had made this reservation well in advance, and this sudden cancellation has caused significant disruption to my travel plans. What exacerbates the issue is that your proposed solution, offering an upper seat on the next day's bus, is entirely impractical for my family, especially considering the age of my guardian who is over 80 years old, and me and my wife who are in 50s.

Furthermore, when I requested a refund for the cancelled tickets, I was informed that I would need to visit your office in person to initiate the refund process. egrettably, your travel office is located a considerable distance from my residence, making it virtually impossible for anyone in my family to make the trip to your office.

Also, the staff of the office was very very unsupportive and rude. Their behavior completely pissed me off.
When said we'll do complaint against you, he said do it to whomsoever you want to, he doesn't care.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but I am disappointed by the lack of a customer-oriented solution that considers our genuine inconvenience and the difficulties we are facing.

I hereby request your immediate attention and assistance in resolving this matter expeditiously. We would greatly appreciate a resolution that either facilitates our travel as originally planned or provides a fair and timely refund.

Thank you for your attention to this formal complaint, and I look forward to a swift and satisfactory action against this type of behavior.

Myself sindhu from shankar sewing machine. I want to lodge a complaint against Mr Raj Patel. employee of shatabdi travels tis hazari branch new delhi
this person is very egoistic, The way he is talking to customer is very rude. He spoken with me in very ill mannered tone. if any serious step is not taken against him then definately i will lodge a complaint in police station against this,
we were doing regular business with shatabdi travels. 3 different customer material we booked in shatabdi. 3 table stand of one customer was misplaced by them. and 2 customers material they are having. we asked them to handover balance material to us THis disgussting person raj patel not given other client material also.
if this type staff you are appointing then definately we will file case in consumer court also for shatabdi travels

Please can die of this smell…
Everywhere people lying outside my sleeping cabin and sitting with their luggage outside my cabin .
No staff is also listening …

Bus is over loaded with luggage and passengers on the mid way gallery of the bus .. So smelly that people can die .

I had booked sleeper class seat from Khatushyam ji to Kanpur in Satabdi Travels bus whose receipt number was 312 and seat number was Rs.1100, but I was neither given sleeper seat nor normal seat I am coming from Khatu ji to Kanpur standing in the bus driver's cabin, while I talked about this in Khatu office, Jaipur office and Kanpur office but no one gave any response.
This was the worst experience of my life with Satabdi Travels.

In kanpur afim khoti shatabdi travels are using abuse with ladies and also he can't back money and leave unknown place and say to change a another bus
They are drunk alcohol and using abusive with senior citizens ladies or child

Iam a regular traveler and always prefer to opt Shatabdi buses but now onwards I advice everyone not to opt Shatabdi travels at all.

The Bus Driver is very rude and unprofessional, he left me in midway just because I went to washroom after telling him to wait for 1 minute yet he ran away carrying my luggage. Also He was not at all punctual toward arrival timing because throughout journey he used to carry passenger in midway for sleeper seat and seater seats charging 1000's of rupees.
Kindly take strict action against him.

The bus they provide is very bad and the seats are very dirty and bad there were many insects inside the seats and bus and the price of the ticket they take is very high. My experince of the journey is very bad please don't book sleeper in shtabdi bus..vey bad experince...

Provides wrong bus and take more charge. Makes ticket on the name of samay satabdi and provides bus of other travels.

16july tier get pucture and nobaddy take care and found that all tiers get old type layouts that increase the accident

Not checking tires before start the journey so tow tires blasting in running travels there is very dangerous.

Maine travelyaari se shatabdi ka ticket book kia tha, jisme mujhe kanpur to nashik jana tha, but bus driver ne indore me dusri bus me transfer kar diya, bina kisi reason ke dusri bus me shift krna, or abhi 420km ki journey bakki hai, usme bhi 1-1 seat me 4-4 log baitha diye bus driver ne... Toh mera shatabdi travels bus me reservation karne ka kya fyda hua..

I got material from s. R. Computers delhi. Material was hp ink cartridges and toner cartridges. With this material i was getting 50 pcs. Of anti virus on bill too from krishna computers. This transaction was done on 12th feb 2020. Carrier bus was stopped at agra for checkup and our material was also checked. Company official sachin was at the site and he was in regular touch with me. He committed that your material is on bill but unfortunately whicle preparing the sezure notice our complete anti virus bill was misplaced and declared without bill and taken penalty money from us. I have verbal recording and written consent of the staff saying this truth.

During the de-boarding the bus at your hero honda chowk, gurgaon office we forgot our ladies stoll (Muffler/shawl).

I called to conductor (Mobile no. Of conductor is [protected]) regarding this and explained him we forgot our belongings in your sleeper seat and he found the same in the seat.

I request him please leave my belongings in your hero honda office and i will collect in the morning (Next day) and he said ok. But next day i visited your hero honda office but my belongings is not available there then i called to conductor, he told me that he left my belonging at kapashera office and he will arrange to left at hero honda office.

I have visited your hero honda office several times/lot of time and i met there one boy name mr. Prince (Mobile no -[protected]) but i found there is not available my belonging. Till date i am suffering from your staff.

Please do the needful and return back my belongings.

I am travelling with intersity satabdi, from indore to lucknow.
Driver's behaviour is not tolerable, when i ask for reach timing, then he was taking rubbish.. (Gali bhi de raha tha). He was also saying complain kar lo karn ho isse kuch nahi hoga... Customer care ka phone hi nahi uth raha tha

The food quality is very cheap and unhygienic. I travelled on 15th april'2018 from amritsar to new delhi with my family. We had dinner in train. After reaching home late night we suffered a severe food poisoning. This could be dangerous for one's life. I request you to please provide good and fresh food to your travelers. My first experience in shatabdi turned out to be a nightmare. I hope this won't happen in future.

I book a ticket from redbus. Om from indore to kanpur but before booking i confirm from indore shatabdi office that the bus will pick up me at guna (Mp), but at the. Day of journey driver call me and tell me that the bus will not go via guna after that i call to indore shatabdi office., kanur shatabdi office., shatabdi headquarter at kanpur and also on redbus, but unfortunately no one try to resolve my issue and the behaviour of staff of indore office was really bad, so kindly look at this issue and try to resolve this asap.

I book the ticket in shatabdi travels on 10 dec 2017. While traveling when i reached ghaziabad near sector 62 noida and called the driver to stop bus as my destination is come. When i m trying to out of bus then one of staff member pull my purse which contains 6000rs and one watch. I immediately called 100 number and they pull me out of bus and ran away.
Kindly take the necessary action and please help me to return my money.

I am shivangi katiyar traveling from jaipur to kanpur in shatabdi bus. There was my friend from jaipur he is going urgently to his home also to kanpur but bus driver and other did not allowed him to share a sleeper seat with me and even in the cabin as they said there is no space in the cabin. After my friend walked out from bus. Bus conductor started taking extra passengers from the other areas even there is no seat in bus passengers laid in galleries. I am a girl and i am facing so many problems ok bad service and experience in shatabdi travels.

I am travelling from jaipur to kanpur in non ac sleeper bus of shatabdi travels dated on 15oct, 2017 at 8:30 pm. After travelling few meters from boarding point, bus conductor start filling the unreserved peoples in gallery by charging them 200-400. And due to this, peoples who have paid thousands for reservation feel uncomfortable and especially for females to walk through gallery. And even police patrolling doesn't take any actions rather collecting diwali bonus from conductor. Disguisting.
I don't understand why they don't have any fear of government rules and regulations. Why is that government is not taking any serious action. Either they are waiting for some tragedy or busy in planning new worthless safety rules.
Really disappointed from this government.
Even this site is not allowing to capture photo of size more than 2mb and i have tried to take in lowest resolution but still can't get in such small size.

My bus timing was 9 pm and bus is delay by 3 hours already and not reached yet. It has been 12:00 at night. Being a girl is it safe for us. Driver is saying it will take one more hour to reach. Is this kind of services you are providing. I have been waited here at bus stop at least from last 2 hours. This is very bad experience with standing traveller i will not suppose to go by shatbdi again.

Shatabdi travels bus conductors are THIEVES, they sold my pre-booked seat to someone else. When I called the bus attendant about the pickup time, he told me that there is no booking with my name there. I told him the My name, my registered mobile no, PNR no., ticket no., Bus no, Seat no and everything but he kept denying about my seat reservation. In a very rude manner and very confidently he kept telling me to talk to Shatabdi Travels office.

I tried calling shatabdi travels office... There phone numbers were either switched off or unreachable. It was 11 o clock in the night.. I was standing on a highway. The pickup time mentioned in the ticket was 23:15pm. The bus route was Auraiya to Delhi. Bus no was UP-78-DN-0027, Driver Name, Raju nigam, No, [protected].

I was very much stuck at this point and was worried about my planned journey. I called RedBus helpline at around 12:00 and told the whole matter to the person. He then talked to the bus attendant. But he didn't get any solution for me. He kept suggesting me to find any alternative by myself...even after knowing that i am standing on a highway in the midnight far away from my residence. He kept my call on hold for 15 minutes and after that was telling me that he can't help me in anyway and it's the total fault of bus attendant.

I talked to the bus attendant third time and he kept saying that my name is not in their booking list.
I got angry at this point and warned him that i'll take action him. After 10 minutes I got a call from the bus attendant..in a very cunning voice he was now saying that he has Found My Name in the booking list. They told me the pickup location and pickup time then.

When I boarded the bus, i asked him to show me the list.. He denied to show the list. I arguably asked him to show me the list. When i saw the list there was my name and my active phone number mentioned very clearly. I clicked 2 photos of that list...and entered inside the bus. When i approached to my booked seat...i found someone else sleeping there. I told him that this is my seat..then he left it. The bus attendant was saying that WHAT WOULD YOU BE ABLE TO DO BY TAKING PICTURES OF THE BOOKING LIST?

I suggest to all of you to NOT TO Book shatabdi travels...they are HIGHLY UNRELIABLE and YOU CAN BE UNSAFE WITH THEM specially when you are planning to travel in the night.

I was booked a sleeper class bus ticket by shatabdi travels from jaipur to orai for 24 dec, 2016. On website it was showing and travel agency and bus conductor also confirm me that bus will drop at orai but on the way the decided that bus will go direct kanpur and will drop passengers of orai in auraiya before 65km to orai. And they dropped all in auraiya at morning 6'o clock, there was so much winter and fog and she is 56 year old and also suffering from leg injury. So this was very painful to go to orai in this condition with some luggage.
