Dear Sir

Refer to below trailing mail, ref. to my complain no. ; for SLEEPWELL MATTRESS poor quality as sagging & bulging in less than a year from date of purchase (Plz find enclosed all details in below attached trailing mail, with unresolved issues).

Instead of visiting my residence & resolving the issue, SLEEPWELL Executive just suggested to rotate the mattress which I did too, but to no avail rather our backs are hurting and we can’t sleep well, completely against your brand name and the reason of purchasing high priced branded mattress was that in case of quality issue or defects, our issues will be resolved, besides issues started even just after 6-7 months of purchase.

We’re highly disappointed not just at the SLEEPWELL Mattress quality but also at the poor customer care service that instead of resolving the issue simply reply with useless suggestions.

Plz now immediately arrange to send your field executive to inspect the product defects and resolve our issues at the earliest as it’s very hard to sleep on this mattress now.

Hope that this time issue would be urgently addressed.
