Highly disappointed SLEEPWELL MATTRESS poor quality and nobody resolved the complaint registered, No. 179924

Dear Sir
Refer to below trailing mail, ref. to my complain no. 179924 (June 2021); for SLEEPWELL MATTRESS poor quality as sagging & bulging in less than a year from date of purchase (Plz find enclosed all details in below attached trailing mail, with unresolved issues).
Instead of visiting my residence & resolving the issue, SLEEPWELL Executive just suggested to rotate the mattress which I did too, but to no avail rather our backs are hurting and we can’t sleep well, completely against your brand name and the reason of purchasing high priced branded mattress was that in case of quality issue or defects, our issues will be resolved, besides issues started even just after 6-7 months of purchase.
We’re highly disappointed not just at the SLEEPWELL Mattress quality but also at the poor customer care service that instead of resolving the issue simply reply with useless suggestions.
Plz now immediately arrange to send your field executive to inspect the product defects and resolve our issues at the earliest as it’s very hard to sleep on this mattress now.
Hope that this time issue would be urgently addressed.

Passport agency fraudness

I m very much worried & tensed. I applied passport through jay ess promotion, c-74, 3rd floor, retailex complex, plot no. A, shanker acharya road, adarsh nagar, new delhi:110033 on 1st may 2015 after several calls received from ms. Anjali, their telesales executive & due to severe convince approach by her i have applied finally through them by paying an amount of rs.2300 under general scheme attaching supporting documents when i fix meeting with their executive mr. Sanjeev kumar at my accommodation.
On the very next day i got a call from any lady executive who informed me that all my details have been logined & my appointment with passport officials have been fixed on 22nd may 2015, friday @bhikaji cama palace, new delhi & i will get a confirmation mail cum call cum sms on 21st may i. E today due to which i was quite pleased due to their efficient service. But sorry to say i have received nothing confirmation yet. And none of their numbers among [protected], +91 [protected], [protected], [protected], +91 [protected] are reachable or its saying either switched off or out of coverage..
And many times though the last number is ringing but no one picking up my calls..
This sales & marketing fellows especially like telecaller anjali are ruining the concept of sales...
Before asking them to apply for my passport through them she continuously called me & pressurised me sentimentally in sophisticated way when i really don't need them. But right now when i actually need them they are out of reach.
I am seriously panicked & depressed due to misleading service by this agency. Not even unprofessional behavior but i should claim it as a fraud case. Pray from heart no other individuals of our nation should not become victim of fraudness of agencies like this.
Its my humble request to consider
This incident as a serious issue & place it in consumer forum so that truth about this bloody traitors who are playing with indian citizens be exposed & should be severely punished..
Either i wanna full cash back or i need the problems to be resolved asap.
Seriously if i not get any response i will be bound to lodge a police complaint otherwise process of gabbar-stalin-hitler will be imposed very soon & that i know to apply very well.. Because bloody uneducated cheap mindset like this fellow agencies deserve this only...

As per our discusisons on 8.11.2013, Sheela foam were supposed to take corrective action to redress my complaint.
Regret, have not had any positive response today apart from a call informing that the matter is being discussed internally. Please inform me when my mattress shall be replaced.

It may please be noted that the mattress was delivered on 17.10.2013 and already 22 days have passed without any action from your Kolkata Dealer and area representative. As such I expect that the mattress shall be replaced by next Friday i.e 15.11.2913.

Complaint: I had the misfortune to book TWO Sleepwell matresses from MOBEL Store, Homeland Mall Kolkata on 06.10.2013.
The mattresses were delivered on 17.10.2013 vide invoice number A 2817 . One of the mattress was undersized and was immediately pointed out to the sales rep at the store who assured to get it attended and requested to take delivery.
when there was no response for 2 days a personal visit was made to the store on 19/10/2013 when Mr Shantanu Saha - Customer care Manager assured that rep of the company would attend the complaint latest by 21.10.2013.
However, even after 10 days and repeated follow ups no one has till now attended to the complaint either from the store or from Sheela foams the makers of this mattress.
REALLY SHABBY WAY OF TREATING THE CUSTOMERS.
THE SALES REP WERE TANMOY AND SHAMIT AND THE SENIOR PERSON SHANTANU SAHA - THE CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER.
