Shein — Returned goods

We have purchased several items for the total sum of 283.78 NIS. Order no. GSHNNW54200J3QL, tracking no. 40854226
Since it arrived in Israel a couple of days before our Purim holiday, I haven't had sufficient time to pick it up. The local receiving company has sent the package back to SHEIN.
I have sent several e-mails to sHEIN, but with no answer from them. I am ready to pay shipment again for the same items, but since the payment was received by SHEIN I do not think there is need to pay again for the goods.
Please help, we would very much like to have the for the family.
