A company that claimed to represent Shein reached out to me, stating they collaborated with shopping platforms and offered users the chance to earn commissions through purchasing and reselling. Thinking it resembled dropshipping, I decided to give it a shot since everything appeared to be legitimate and conducted online, including bank transactions.

We have purchased several items for the total sum of 283.78 NIS. Order no. GSHNNW54200J3QL, tracking no. 40854226
Since it arrived in Israel a couple of days before our Purim holiday, I haven't had sufficient time to pick it up. The local receiving company has sent the package back to SHEIN.
I have sent several e-mails to sHEIN, but with no answer from them. I am ready to pay shipment again for the same items, but since the payment was received by SHEIN I do not think there is need to pay again for the goods.
Please help, we would very much like to have the for the family.

I did a purchase of 4 hoodies, worth Rs.4509 INR, through online transfer. Later the order was cancelled by me, and I opted for a refund to the original mode of payment.
Upon talking with the customer care they sent me screenshots of the transactions and asked me to contact the bank for the same.
The bank then told me there wasn't any transaction initiated and I need to speak with the customer care.br...

Love.. the clothing I’ve purchased hundreds of dollars with SHEIN and the very disturbing things I have seen on the site 🧐.. rac 😶items wow 😯 love to be compensated for my items clothing/ shoes purse etc... I’ve purchased may reconsider purchasing later on once the matter is handled . Thanks Kellie

It's the case before shein banned ( march 2020)
I ordered pair of tshirts from shein India which I still not recieved nor any refund
Then again I ordered some stuff (April 2020)
Which got delivered
But my 1st parcel got delayed by 2 to 3 months due to lockdown.
Then suddenly Chinese apps banned from India
So basically I lost my parcel by the delivery persons
But nobody is taking responsibility

i have complained about the same several times and i got a mail saying that it has been shipped.i went to check in the office only but due to red zone area i was not allowed to go and hence the delhivery ofc too was closed and was opened on 3rd september.I went on the same day to receive my parcel which was not even cod but they said it has been cancelled.I had called them several times during this lockdown period and told them not to return my parcel, yet they returned.After so much of hassle and complaining it had reached my area but due to this poor service of delhivery ranipool they returned my parcel.Now i don’t want to eat my head so please refund my money.That’s all

I had placed the order on 21 june, 2020 and had paid online through debit card. I have still not received my order. It has been more than two months since i have been shown it is "in transit". The toll free helpline numbers are not responding and neither are the shein india customer care numbers. I have mailed shein multiple times regarding the same yet there has been no response. I have even tried contacting the partner "dehlivery" still there has been no response.
It has been more than 2 months. Please look into this.

I placed an order with shein 2 months back and then recently the appsgot banned in India. So I contacted the customet services and asked to refund my order and cancel it but they refused saying that it is already shipped and cannot get cancelled at this stage of delivery but will definetely deliver it within 15 days. Since then its been plus one month and neither have I received my order yet nor refund. Also the server has broken down and I have been automatically logged out of my shein account. Please help.

Worst service i have ever seen... Before shein banned from india i order a dress and it’s been more than a month. Still i dont have any status of my product at last the message i received is your order has been shipped. If you can’t deliver my product atleast refund my money or you wanted to keep the money without giving me a dress?
