Shell India — Shell employees misbehaving

Dear Sir, I am customer of She'll petroleum last 9 years . Bommnahalli petrol. Bangalore.Your employees are not active pump operators. Very very slow filling petrol and diesel. And I asked today 13/02/2017 evening 6.10 pm . Please check CCTV putages.
I asked pump operator why you filling petrol slowly . They are showing roudly.

Updated by Chandruraravi Hi, Your pump operators are not active.and they not treat customers.bad treat.in bommanahalli bunk.All employees showing negligence . one operator order to me " don, t come to shell petrol bunk " kindly check CCTV and take action asap.this incident 13/02/2017 eveing 6.10 pm.
