Shell Petroleum — Bill issued with wrong date on it

Hi,

I want to know how can I prosecute the “Shell Petroleum” for the below issue:

Concise of the issue:

I’m having a company leased car.

On 9-Mar-2015, I have refueled the car at Shell Petrol pump in Old Madras Road, Bangalore.

In the computer generated bill, the date was wrongly mentioned as 21-Mar-2015.

Because of this, the petrol reimbursement request for my company owned car has got into problem.

When I contacted the Shell petroleum, they initially agreed to refund my money and subsequently, they refused to refund, stating that I’m threatening them with legal action.
