[Resolved] Shemrock School — Bad service

Almost all school in India is taking the online classes from the April May 2020 due to pandemic COVID 19 but it is very disheartning to tell that till this school has not started yet. The career of the students have wasted. Still school management is not serious. Parents have all wasted the time and money too due to the start of the session. We are very unhappy to the management of the school. Why the chairman of the school is not serious and worry and not taking the review of the schools.. I never saw the school this way in my life. In society it is getting very bad image of the school. Schools are cheating the children and parents too.

No any reply has been given by the management of the shemrock school. Management only sell their franchise and do only business . They waste the career of the children too. Their aim is for only profit motto . They also cheat the parents. Management is not aware about the career of the children.

Shemrock School customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Guru720 Teachers and management of the school are not cooperate. We have wasted almost 6 months even the school not started the session also. They have cheated the children's and parents too.

Shemrock School Customer Care's response Dear Guru720,
Shemrock Mohali was one of the first schools to start with Virtual Classes in the month of May 2020. Whereas the session was started in April 2020 and all work was sent via our mobile app. Teachers were trained in the month of April and virtual classes commenced from May 2020.
It seems like that Guru720 is a parent with some other issue and taking out anger here. Incase you want to apply for concession you can write Email to [protected]@shemrockschool.com. Kindly share your correct name and your students admission number. We will contact you and sort out your query.

Updated by Guru720 Firstly my name is Guruprit singh. I am residing at karimnagar telangana . Students are studying in karimnagar too at shemrock school. I meant to say that the why process of teaching the students at shemrock school at karimnagar is different as compared to other cities of same branch school . The chairman should follow the rules and regulation of the school in every city or state.Why there are so variation of teaching methodology in every city. We took the admission for our kids only for brand image of the school.

This is shemrock school sector 69, mohal, Punjab.
Kindly contact their head branch and their website is different www.shemrock.com.
Ours is shemrockschool.com and is different from the other shemrock. We manage only Punjab area.

We don't give franchise. We are shemrockschool.com located in Punjab only. We don't have any information of schools run or managed by shemrock.com. Name is same but management is different.
