Sheng Li Telecom has taken a advance for month and are unable to live up to the service they have promised. I had applied for a 8 Mbps plan and the service is down since 5 days with no resolution. They keep telling its the setup issue and will be resolved by evening. They also promised that an engineer will visit and the connection will be restored in 2 to 4 hours.
