My net stopped functioning on 20 March and then i called the customer care 8 times on 20 March 2016. After making a complaint in the morning the customer care assistant didn't register my complaint... After calling 5 times the customer care assistant registered the complaint at 4:00 pm and still the engineer has not come for service... We face the same problem in every 2-3 days n the net stops functioning for 2-3 hours and when I complaint to the customer care they say the problem is with the satellite so we can't do anything... And more importantly these guys don't follow office hours time for customer care... Was this information helpful? |
